They did some extensive warranty work for a D R Horton home in Ventana Ranch. Their workmanship was excellent. They were thorough and professional, and cleaned up any mess that they made. The job called for excavation and other than a little dust, you wouldn't even know they were there. They offered a 1 year warranty on their work (unfortunately, D R Horton received the warranty, and wouldn't pass it along to the homeowner). I highly recommend this company and its' employees. A pleasure to do business with.

Shawn installed a new mastercool for me when my other swamp cooler failed. He is very thorough with everything he does and is very reasonably priced. I've referred him to many friends and family and they are all also extremely happy with his services.

About a year after the installation of the mastercool my main waterline broke underground just past the meter on my side. The city told me I was responsible for the repair so I called up Shawn and he was there the same day in a trench fixing the issue. I give this company a 10/10.

Great company. The company we used before never fixed the job right. I started calling Desert Valley and they come quickly every time and are actually concerned about doing things right the first time. Also, they are super nice and friendly which makes a big difference for me. We have been using them for several years and I highly recommend them.

Our family's been using Desert Valley plumbing for several years now. Over the years they've covered our heat and cold conversions and on the spot emergency calls. At one point after hours our AC stopped working. I called Desert Valley and they had someone come out to the house 45 minutes later and found that the fan had literally fallen off the motor for the AC condenser. A new part was ordered and back in place the next day in the morning.

Most recently we had to have our radiant heat boiler inspected and found that there were some deficiencies. Within a matter of days Desert Valley had ordered parts and schedule the installation of the new parts for the boiler. All the work was done on time and within our budget.

Our strangest call was for service to our on-demand water heater. This water heater normally runs very quietly but on this day it sounded like they were rocks bouncing around inside of it. We shut it down and called Desert Valley. Sean, the owner, came out that afternoon and found a mouse that had climbed into the exhaust vent and into the cooling housing. He removed the mouse re-balanced the fan and everything was up and running. He even found a way to cover the exhaust to prevent this from happening again.

How do you recommend Desert Valley plumbing! What I would suggest is that everybody remain patient as we are in tough times for business owners like Sean with supply chain issues that we're all aware of. He has a good crew working for him but I still feel that there's a high demand so if there is a wait (this applies to all businesses) please be patient.

Claimed to have shown up on a day I was home stating he looked at the heater. In actuality they never arrived or even looked at the unit. In the end I resolved it myself. Normally that wouldn't bug me but instead they lied and charged me for a visit that never happened. I can NOT recommend these guys at all.

Wow! Broken entry door lock forced us to find alternative way in, damaging door in the process. Jade arrives, assesses the situation and determines restoration is better than replacement; then, takes care of it like it was a piece of fine furniture--amazing care and detail. Highly recommend!

The tech was a good worker and the companies save and grace. The office was incredibly rude and did not know about good customer service. They had no patience to wait a couple of minutes. I informed the tech to begin work that was possible outside and the office did not allow the tech. I understand that there is a schedule but the whole job is a 2 hour process and could have been started. I am not impressed with who ever is making the decisions at this company.

I've used PRO Plumbing several times over the past couple years, as he was introduced to me by my Realtor. He's professional and very responsive, and usually fits me in me the same day. He always passes inspections with no issues. I highly recommend PRO Plumbing...if you want it done right.
