I have used the services of Pro plumbing & Mechanical for over 10 years at two of our residences. They are dependable, responsible, and knowledgeable. We have depended on them for leaking faucets, installation of new commodes, new water heater, air conditioner service, and conversion to refrigerated air.
We became aware of Pro plumbing when they were the subcontractor during our major kitchen remodel. My late husband and I noticed that not only did they do their job, they were willing to help the other subcontractors. That's when we decided we wanted to continue using their services for future needs.
Pro plumbing is professional and responsive and I have referred them to several of my friends. They provide excellent customer service.

I have used Pro Plumbing for my apartment needs and my home plumbing needs for the last 4 years. They always come at the appointed time and fix the problem, or problems professionally. My home water heater gsve out last year and they came immediately to install a new one. We also discussed putting in a tankless system, but it was not recommended for my situation. I thank them for their honesty, because it could have been an expensive proposition.
They have worked on all of my rental properties and i have been thrilled at their professionalism.

Came to fix dishwasher and kitchen sink. Did some quick fix or something as things worked before he left however moments after, same issues. Called him next day, went straight to voicemail. Left message. It's been 4 to 5 days and still no response. So much for expecting service people out here in Albuquerque to have customer retention strategy in place this guy knows nothing about that....

James was wonderful. He returned my call while I was still trying to leave him a message. He had an opening and came by that afternoon. A simple drain clog that he had fixed quickly and with no ""extras"".

We now have a plumber here in Albuquerque. Give him a try, you won't be sorry.

CIATco Drainworks did not quote a service charge price when called. Service was quick and knowledgeable but for 30 minutes of sewer clean out camara use bill was exorbitant of over 377.00 No repair was needed. Please ask for a quote before you let them come to you. This left me feeling like I just got scammed.

Don't use these people. I had a broken water line under our floor. Since I am new to the area, I received a referral to CaitCo, who was very responsive and came out to the house to evaluate the ""problem"". They gave me a very loose estimate of the repair cost but did not disclose the hourly rate. I received an invoice for $10,472.0 for the repairs. Although the company has a plumbing license, the person they sent to conduct the repair did not have a license. He did not have any of the necessary parts to fix the pipe and left the job to go buy pex and connectors. He was gone for 2 hours. His labourers/helpers sat around and chatted while the ""plumber"" was off shopping. I expected the bill to be between $3-5K . Caitco charged $239/hr for the plumber and $100 /per hour for the labourers. They did make a simple splice in the water line to repair it, but the fees were basically theft. These guys prey on your ""emergency"". The moral of the story is to get a hard estimate of the cost and walk away if they won't provide or disclose their fees. I will now do my damndest to spread the word about these people and discourage anybody from working with them. I talked with the people who referred Caitco to me and they were outraged and embarrassed and as a result will not refer them to any other client. This experience cost me a lot of money and it will cost you if you decide to use them for any services. Find somebody more reasonable and more ethical.

Great service! Caitco answered my call with no wait. We were dealing with an emergency situation with a backed up, main sewer line. Caitco had service techs here within an hour or so from my call. Jaime and Anthony were very knowledgeable and professional. The problem was resolved quickly.

I called to have toilets fixed. The first toilet bowl flange needed fixed was running so ""they"" said they fixed to but it was still running after they left and still I need to jiggle the handle. 2nd toilet was rocking on it's base and they ordered a part, said they fixed it and it was still rocky off base the next day. They charged me $695.00 for both toilets. Charged $538 for labor. Was maybe at the house 1.2 hours.

Called them to come back toilets and to service furnace. Did not fix that either. I provided them with the supplies needed to fix toilet. The service for the furnace was a piece of tape on some button and said it was fixed. Did not clean nor service the furnace. Still blowing cold air and not working the next day.

I had to call a new plumber and they fixed the furnace and the running toilet. Charged me $538 including a yearly service agreement.

Cleaned and serviced the furnace, was at the house 2 hours and extremely efficient.

I will not use this company again Poor quality of work.

I had a faucet that was leaking, so I called Caitco. The bill for installing a faucet, without the facet, was over $600 which included a $20 fuel charge. I had no idea the standard rate was $269 per hour nor that a fuel charge would be added. When I received the bill, I asked if that seemed reasonable and they said that is what they charge and that they have been charging a fuel charge for a long time. I'll leave it to future potential customers to judge if that seems reasonable or not.
