I'm the owner,The people that left these reviews owe me and Reliable Money for all work done and Completed.
The long one about the lien and them owing me 7 thousand is true, state passed their system,I even put in a partial drive way for no extra$. And they never paid the signed contract but left me a bad review and using the system i installed.
I just wanted paid,They are liars and thieves.
The otger guy states he called and made appt and never showed up is a guy im currently suing for fraud and failure to pay.
He was served the same day he posted this,
I will be filing a defamation suit the day after i have him in court for failure to pay.
I record every job ,Got him on camera asking for a discount due to his bard costing more than he thought,See when people owe you they try to hurt your name and it only cost them more,I paid a compay to track the digital footprints and its him.

Being nice and the good will not change ,People are ugly.

As for the 1st couple the state has it for fraud of a buisness

I called early Monday morning for service 8:15 no answer, so I tried later about nine got someone said she was going to a job site and she would call me back after she got done. About 5 o'clock she called back and in said she forgot. She told me someone would be by the next day between 4 and 6 o'clock, nobody came and nobody called, I guess clients don't count much to them. I have yet to receive any response from them! So in my view point they need to take out the word Reliable and call themselves Maybe Sewer & Drain repair. Sorry guys but my time counts too.

Do your self a favor and DONT go with this company. We had to use this company to put a septic at our property due to it being wrote in our purchase agreement. Unfortunately it was AWFUL. We signed a contract moving forward with this company stating that the job would cost NO MORE than said amount. Due to miscalculations on their part, their end of the job was going to cost more. They only got to placing the septic in the ground. Because we wouldn't pay more for the additional service and sign their contract 15 mins after they sprung it on us, it led to this company leaving our property without hooking up our septic. We were left without running water for 2 WEEKS and couldn't live in our house.
He preceded to try to put lien on our house and continued with threats of calling my husband and texting him. We got a lawyer and asked the owner, Mark, to negotiate and we would pay for the part of work he did do. However he never finished the job, so we would not pay the full amount. He wouldn't compromise. He was rude. I'm assuming the first lawyer he told us he was getting thought he didn't have a case because he had to get a different one. It's been an awful year and a half of dealing with this.
We would have paid him the original agreement if the job was complete. However because he kept pushing, our lawyer drew up an affidavit to lift the lien and that we wouldn't owe anything. He had 30 days to respond and didn't. He even had extra days because of the pandemic. The lien was lifted and so was any amount we owed him. Yet he still is pushing to get any ounce he can out of us. Very frustrating.
