Reliable Sewer Cleaning

I contacted Reliable on March 31 as I had water starting to come up in my basement floor drain. On April 1 Reliable came and informed me that I have a cesspool on my grounds. He proceeded to ""cable"" the line to the cesspool, opened up the cesspool access and called a company to clean out the cesspool and ""cabled"" from the outlet to city main. Indicated roots in line. Suggested I have 2 clean outs installed. 4 weeks later my sewer lines were inspected by the city showing TP and many roots in the line that needed to be cleaned out. I called Reliable again to find out why these were not done April 1 and was told he only ""opened up"" the line to allow for the immediate water issue to be resolved. I paid $600. for this and additional for the cesspool cleaning. On April 30th I had to call another company to actually clear out the lines which was $375. On a conversation with Reliable - husband and wife - I was yelled at multiples times by both parties and asked by both if I had the clean outs done. I stated that I had not because other professionals informed me it was not needed. What I did need was my lines cleared out completely and properly. Clean outs would be for the benefit of the plumber, not me. I found this company rude and disrespectful and charged me for a job that was very temporary. I paid less to have the job done correctly. This is my story and my opinion. I would not recommend this company unless you choose to be yelled at, overcharged and disrespected.

Bill Bargy and his associate came out to my daughters house because we had water in her basement from the main drain. They were wonderful to work with! Gave us an upfront idea of the problem, fixed it and told us how to maintain the pipe going forward because of tree roots. They were very professional and kind. Would very highly recommend them!
