The name should be unreliable cause that is exactly what has been. We bought a vanity from lowes back in October. We got our scheduled day first time they came out we were told the vanity wouldnt fit funny part about it is that they came out to measure beforehand to make sure it would fit and low and behold it does not. So my husband and I decided that we would just replace counter on our vanity. Well unreliable came to do that now we are told oh this counter wont fit but the vanity you pervisouly were going to put in would of fit. So now third visit from these people with the original vanity they were suppose to come at 8am two and half hours later get a text that they would need to reschedule. Are you kidding me. Fast foward today they were suppose to come at 2:30 pm low and behold guess what they had to reschedule. Now they have rescheduled us for Jan 13 a Monday. Funny everytime they have reschedule its on a Monday when they never show. They are total trash. Unfortunately we bought our vanity from lowes and this unreliable services is who they use. DONT RECOMMEND. I told my husband im over it its been a total nightmare dealing with them lets get our money back. This company is a total joke

complete shit show. ordered new cabinets for kitchen and this is who we are stuck with. totally unorganized and unable to communicate effectively. kitchen remodel started in October and still not done.... lowes needs to invest in a different installer.

I had a great experience with these guys that installed my dishwasher today. They were knowledgeable and polite. They came in and got the job done. They cleaned up their mess. I would recommend this service in the Asheboro area.

Dishwasher install after purchasing online at Lowe's. They finished up and called me downstairs to show off their handiwork. He opens the dishwasher door to show me the water running inside. Man, that thing looked like it could clean some dirty dishes. Only problem was that it was not my dishwasher -- it was a Maytag when I ordered a Whirlpool. I told the guy and he hurried out to the van to check the names on the boxes. Turns out they had just installed MY dishwasher at someone else's house and gave me theirs. They had to go back to her house, do the old switcheroo, and then return with my dishwasher. They must not have had room in the van because they left her old, dirty dishwasher in my driveway without asking me. They returned after a few hours and installed the correct dishwasher. I did notice they used my wife's kitchen towels to clean up the water mess from under the sink, also without asking. Zero chance I buy an appliance from Lowe's again if this is their installer.

I ordered a water heater from Lowe's and the arrangements were made for Reliable Services to make the delivery and do the install. Received several communications wanting pictures of my current setup, no problem. Got a call this morning saying it looked like a gas water heater, it is clearly electric, got that taken care of. An hour later I received a quote, not itemized at all,
saying it would be $1800 total, the water heater is only $800.
I canceled the order and will go buy a better water heater myself and will get a local plumber to install it.

I bought a dishwasher from Lowe's on 9/1/24. They subcontract installation with reliable installation in North Carolina. I finally was scheduled on 9/17/24. They said my cabinet needed cutting more. I had the contractor come that day to do it. So now they rescheduled it for 9/23/24. I get a text at 8:10AM that morning, saying that my installation is now rescheduled to 10/4/24. I called the company and they said the guy is out today and they didn't have another crew to do it. I spent 3 hours on the phone with different people including managers from Lowe's, for them to find another company to install my dishwasher. It was sitting in my living room. Reliable services customer service coordinator name Quay and the company are sorry individuals running this company. So before you buy from Lowe's ask who the installation company is. By the way they finally sent a really nice guy who was the owner for S&J repairs LLC name Murl Jones. Do your homework better before buying from Lowe's home improvement store.

Reliable Services is an unmitigated mess of a company. They are the appliance installer for Lowe's Home Improvement.
In short they missed my install date and time. They rescheduled my install for another date without my consent.
if you deal with them you should expect poor communication. That is if you receive any communication from them at all other than a text.
Additionally, they will enter notes in their system that are false. In my case they claim to have spoken with me on 9/17/24 when in fact they did not. All of my communication was with Lowe's Home improvement.

if Lowe's says they re using Reliable, find someplace else. they are not professionals and have no accountability for damages done to a home. had new bathroom vanities installed, one in master bath, took them 3 times to get marble cut correct. 3rd time the unit was too big for the space, and per the supervisor, they forced it into the space damaging wall and wallpaper. they say they have no responsibility for damages done and only offered me a small compensation to fix their damages. Cheapest estimate i received on repairing the damages is $3000, they offered me $750! This has been going on for almost a year now with no resolve. Taking Reliable and Lowe's to court is an option, we shall see if they get it that they did the damage, they fix it, DO NOT EVER USE RELIABLE SERVICES!

ONLY Third party contractor to Lowes for installation and completely unable to do their jobs correctly. Trying to schedule installation is a NIGHTMARE. First the dishwasher is sitting at Lowes from the day I bought it but three days later I get an email from Reliable (not) saying when it comes in, they will contact me. Week + goes by, I reach out to them, no response but now at least I get a text that my I installation date is in 2 WEEKS! Nevermind the fact that I work. I then have to drop everything and call them only to be told by Regina (not making this up) that it was a holiday weekend and Lowes had a big sale and they were backed up. Um? Really? It was a holiday??? The exact same holiday that happens EVERY YEAR? Do you own a calendar? Did you not know there would be a sale like there ALWAYS is on Memorial Day???? Think maybe your should have anticipated an overflow of orders and planned ahead???? No, that's not their problem. Will NEVER deal with this red hot mess ever again. .
