They came in as the cheapest estimate for my septic pumping. They came out in a timely manner to me calling. Driver asked how to get closer to my tank I showed him the only way. After pumping he drove over my new concrete walkway and busted it up. No offer to repair or discount price even after I brought it up with the main number. I would not recommend this company based off their customer care and service.

The guy who came out to help us was good. He explained some things about the system that we were clueless about. He probably saved us from a major bill. Really appreciate him doing this and will call them again.

Stay away from this company. They also do business as ""Watson"" using same address but different phone numbers. I did business with ""Reliable/Watson"" and was left with a jet line stuck in my sewer. I finally did get another company in to access the sewer from a cut in the street. The bill settlement was intense. I refused to allow my credit card company to make payment which caused a whole bunch of new problems, the resolution process involved a letter from Reliable/Watson that was full of lies, including that the BBB had found in their favor, which was not true and other mis-statements of fact, easily proved.
