The work scope involved resolution of several substantially compacted waste pipeline clogs. I therefore called Reliable Rooter, as they had previously provided me with excellent service. This time fixing the problem involved considerably greater difficulty to resolve. I had spent the entire previous day trying to correct the problems without any progress. Their service tech Greg, a polite gentleman. applied numerous remedial methods that only a seasoned professional could provide. Though the work was complex, the overall time it took to finish the job was surprisingly short. The 10% senior discount was equally appreciated as much as the quality of work. I, Philip H. When we had a plumbing drain issue, my contact with two people suggested Reliable Rooter. When I contacted them, I actually got a ""real"" person on the line and they were able to come within the hour to fix my non-draining kitchen/disposal drain. They were efficient, professional and made sure to not leave a mess even though our drains were a mess. Even with the pleasure of having them come so promptly, I was surprised and pleased that the bill for the work was lower than I imagined and had been led to believe by several people that had other plumbing companies do plumbing work. I have their magnet in a safe place to call them whenever we might need plumbing services.

My house is full of children and surrounded by mature trees, we have had assorted issues with slow and blocked drains - Reliable Rooter has fixed them each time. Nick has been the one to attend my service calls and he is great guy, the sort of stranger I didn't feel uncomfortable having in my house, totally respectful and fixed the issue with thorough concern. Billing is fair and I know they will listen if I have problems that need follow up.

Very pleased with Reliable Rooter. Sewage backed up into master bathroom shower. Yuck! Called and they came over in short order. I was at work but my wife answered the door. Said they were friendly, professional, and made sure to be problem was fixed before they left. Looked like the grandkids were using paper towels instead of TP? *sigh*

Love these guys! I called a couple plumbers for an emergency job and no-one could help. These guys showed up in a few hours and had it resolved fast! Their dispatcher worked with me and my home warranty company and my plumber was so great too! Will call them first for any future plumbing needs!

Late on a Thursday night, we had sudden flooding around our toilets and back up into our shower. I called reliable Rooter, and received prompt response.
Dan who came out for service call was great, and quickly figured out it was a problem with our Septic.
He not only fixed problem, but gave us good advice on what to do to avoid similar problems in future.
He was helpful and kind, and we really appreciated the wonderful service we got.
