Lee was great and straightforward about the job, scheduling, etc. Marlon was the lead on-site along with another employee.

Had a riser pipe in my backyard that was leaking. It self healed two years ago but then started again. I was lucky and it was only a galvanized riser pipe that connected to pvc.

It took them two attempts to fix the back but they got it done.

House also needed some pipe replaced in the front to add a shutoff valve for the sprinklers. Again, the work was not completed 100% on the first attempt, however they fixed it after a second visit.

What matters to me is if the service provider stands behind their work. Lee and Marlon do. I would recommend this business.

I've been using Reliable for years to clean out my main when needed. Lee's always been fair and honest with me, and never ripped me off! The other day I noticed a problem with my water pressure, and subsequently found a leak in my pressure regulator. Lee couldn't come out to check out my problem right away, but he coached me through the entire procedure over the phone, and I was able to do it myself! Lee saved me lots of money, and potentially a lot of damage too. Lee will be my go-to plumber as long as I'm living here in the area.
