These guys are really, really good. On Friday late afternoon I had my annual drain problem, kitchen sink and laundry room -- I told Erika the problem and she gave me a quote over the phone - SIMPLE - None of this ""free estimate"" stuff. It's a simple problem that has the same simple fix every year -- snake the line on my roof and be done in 20 minutes. Paid what I was quoted. That's it. No hassle. Thank you, John.

Have used them twice in the last 5 days. Had a main line back up on Thanksgiving.
and the Kitchen sink plugged up four days later. In both cases they were very
professional. quoted a competitive price on the phone. Showed up on time an
complited the jobs without a problem. We have been in this house 18 years and have
had some bad experiances in the past with some of the High Profile plumbing companies so it was a real pleasure finding one that did what they said they would,
when they said they would at the price they quoted.

This is my first review on Yelp and I felt obligated to tell my story and give them a good review since I found their service via Yelp.com.

I had a clogged toilet, after 10 minutes of plunging I finally freed the clog but noticed water leaking out from between the toilet and the tile floor. I secured the water, drained the toilet, and removed the toilet thinking the wax seal had blown out. Upon removal of the toilet, I noticed several plant roots growing in the sewer drain. I sent Reliable Rooter & Plumbing an email directed from their website explaining the situation, they called me that very next morning at 8:30am to set up an appointment, by 1:30pm the plumber was at my front door.

The plumber was very courteous and friendly and immediately started fixing the problem. After about 20 minutes of rootering, he removed a large amount of roots from the sewer drain. He than offered me a large discount on a video inspection to be sure he removed all the roots. I took him up on the discounted offer for piece of mind. He video inspected the entire sewer line from my toilet drain to the main sewer line in the street in front of my house, all the while letting me watch from the monitor to verify there were no more roots or major damage to the sewer line. Everything looked great!

All totaled, he was there for 1.5 hours and the bill was very reasonable considering the job he performed. I felt VERY confident the job was finished and done right, he even offered to clean up the mess in the bathroom, but I declined (I'm a neat freak).
I would definitely use Reliable Rooter & Plumbing again in the future if need be.

This was a very professional, friendly and convenient service.

After speaking on the phone today with Erica, who was very friendly and understood the urgency of the situation, she had a great plumber, Johnny R. come out and fix a pinhole leak in a water supply line. He also took care to replace a leak in the sink and didn't leave before checking his work.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and well-priced.

Will use again.

We hired Reliable Rooter to come over to inspect our toilets since it took 3-4 flushes to clear the toliet bowel. When I initially called, Robert gave me a quote any where from $165 to get our toliets snaked to $275 for them to take the toliet off to snake the toliet drain. Robert booked me for a appointment for the next day between the hours of 11 and 1pm. John and Johnny came over came @ 10:55am! John was very professional, thorough and efficient! His son Johnny was adorable too!! He didnt stop at one toliet, he inspected the two others ones we had upstairs. He even snaked the one upstairs and replaced a flapper too! In all it cost $285! Pretty reasonable!!! Reliable is totally REALIABLE!

We hired Reliable Rooter to come over and inspect drain pipes with a video camera. They quoted me a fair price over the phone and the technician John came over the next day during my time slot.

He really took his time to carefully inspect everything and then showed me the video while explaining every detail about what I was looking at.

Very thorough, professional, and priced right for the job.

We will use them again in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a family member or friend.

I called them at 9am to fix a leaky faucet. The woman I spoke to gave me a window of 11-1 that day. The plumber got to our place at 11 on the dot. He was friendly, courteous, and most importantly, able to assess the situation quickly and efficiently. He ran out to buy the parts needed, replaced them and had our water back on and the leaky faucet fixed by 12:30pm. Great service and reasonably priced.

I live in an old house and need a plumber yearly. I've used them three times now and they're great. Always on time, courteous, the technician is super nice and knowledgeable, the office staff is incredibly nice, and their prices are good - just overall great company.

We called them to install a new sink/vanity since ours was destroyed beyond repair. They arrived 30 min late but were very nice and effectively put in the new sink/vanity combo.

While they were here, we asked if they could look at a shower and water heater which was no problem.


Overall - we are glad we called them. Their high rating is well deserved.

I have one of those filtered water things at the sink, that also has a boiling-water dispenser alongside, which is all built-in. Well the hot water dispenser stopped heating water, and was leaking to boot. The hot water dispenser, according to the plumber (John? Tom?), had finally died, and thus began leaking. He took the heater thing out, and sealed off the dispenser for 135$. All told he was there for about 25-30 minutes. I think it was a reasonable price, and intend to call back tomorrow for a seriously leaking sink that I've thus far ignored. One sink at a time, I'll get my house back in order....
