Nice guys. They came in early, before another job, when we had an emergency. Treated us well and tried their hardest to limit the mess for a rough job. Then they cleaned up the minor mess they did create. I would definitely bring them back.

When our 3 year old flushed 12 hot wheels down the toilet we knew the job was beyond our diy skills. We called 3 companies who didn't answer. Since it was Friday afternoon, we thought we were going to spend the weekend with plumbing problems. Fortunately Reliable Rooter was next on the list. The receptionist was kind and understanding and to our surprise she said someone would be at our house within 30 minutes. As promised they arrived and started by first snaking the toilet and then moving to the main line from the roof to assure the line was clear. He told us to call him if we had any issues within the next 30 days as they would come back to take care of any complications. Thank you reliable rooter for your fast and friendly service. We're glad to know we have a, like the name says, reliable company to call in the future!

If I could give a 6-star rating to this business, I would. Reliable Rooter responded within an hour to my emergency and stayed on the job until the problem was resolved! I cannot say enough good about them. They are professional, polite, honest and very knowledgeable. It was a rainy day, and the job was miserable. It took them close to 4-hours, and they never complained once. Plus, they charged far less than what others in town would have.
I highly, highly recommend them for all plumbing jobs, large and small.

called RR and spoke with owner Vince, they came out and because my plumbing was so messed up it could not be unplugged. They then cut out and replaced about 50 feet of drain, reinstalled correctly. They were professional, polite, cleaned up after themselves and there rates were best around. I recommend these guys for any drain problems.

Called these guys for our grandparents and the gentleman was completely honest saying that if we could wait until the morning the visit would be cheaper. I called a few different plumbers and reliable rooter was not only the least expensive per hour they were the most professional. They texted me when they were on their way and was able to locate the sewage problem quickly. He left by giving me some advice if further problems occur. I would definitely call them again if I had any plumbing problems.
