6 month update. This company totally botched the sealing of our shower pan and shower. Everything was sealed with grout and now we have mold growing around the base of our shower. This was a $10K+ shower remodel and this is what we got. You can't make this stuff up. See pictures attached. Stay away from these guys!

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!*** Stay far far away from this company for any job you need done. We hired them to fix some water damage and replace the flooring in our home. The first guy that came out was very responsive and wonderful. They got our $7,000 for the mitigation and restoration and completely dropped off the face of the earth before finishing the work. It has been 2.5 months and it still is not complete. The owner, Renee, is non-responsive to emails or voicemails. Their staff is also non-responsive. Renee was very responsive however when it came time to collect all the money up front. On top of the $7,000, we also paid over $3,000 as a """"deposit"""" before they would even speak to us about re-doing the floors. That was on Feb 16th. It is now 2 months later and not one single thing has been started for the flooring project. Every time I email or call the office, I get the run around from everyone. And every time, I am told someone will reach out to me. They never do. We should've never paid them before the work was started or completed. Red flag. Lesson learned. Save yourself time and money and use a different company that is actually """"reliable"""".

Staff is very friendly and professional. They were able to begin the project on short notice. Overall they did a great job in a timely manner with excellent communication. Only minor issue was a discrepancy in the final quote but otherwise much more affordable than other companies I had contacted. I would work with reliable again.

All started well. Quick response and came by for a estimate. The man that came was nice and offered to contact my insurance company to get the cost covered. Did a fairly detailed inspection and told me will get back to me the next day with more info. I waited 3 days no response. Called him and texted him several times over the next 2 days. No response whatsoever. Over a week after the estimate with no response I called the office and provided them with name of the guy who came by and explained the situation. The lady on the phone was apologetic and took my information again and told me someone will definitely reach out to me latest by the next day. And of course another 2 weeks passed. No response whatsoever. I don't understand how hard is it to just call back and explain what happened. That's the least you can do. Totally disrespectful.

They were great with getting out here and getting the water cleaned n dried up. They communication is good but could be better. Just make sure you check everything for any kinda damages that could've been done. They put a hole into bathroom door while putting in the equipment to dry out everything but refused to pay for a new door after I just had that door put in less then a year ago! Now as far as the construction part of the side of the company they were the worse! I've never seen someone so unorganized and unprofessional as I did with that side of thee company. The people they had here doing the work spoke no English, lazy, late everyday or would say going to lunch and never show back up! When I say lazy I mean I care home to find one of the workers asleep in my bedroom floor! Not professional in my book! I also had to go behind them and Remud the walls in my bedroom, sand and paint them cause they did a crappy job! Still waiting on them to finish things up and we're going on 5 months now! This experience taught me a lot! I will do more shopping around around next time before I hire anyone! This company is a joke! They don't care and they let the people that work for them sleep and be lazy and fuck shit up! Oh yea they broke a brand new laptop and it was less then 24 hours old.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had a slow leak in the master bath that we were unaware of. When we had a plumber come out and fix it, he recommended Reliable Restoration. They were pretty quick to come and get everything dried out for us. Although they took 3 days longer than they said... well, they actually said there was no one to come and get the equipment so it stayed on for those 3 extra days. It took forever to get someone to come and start the work on our master bath. Once they started they worked fairly quickly, but said they couldn't put in the vanity we selected because it was the wrong size. They gave us the dimensions soooo not sure about that. For the new light fixture they did not fill in the hole left by the old fixture. So now there's a hole next to the new light fixture which just looks fantastic. And when they painted they didn't remove the light switch covers so there are drips on those. They installed a towel rack directly above the electrical outlet so when I need to use that outlet I have to take the towel down. We selected a patterned tile and they put in a piece upside down, which I had to tell them about for them to correct. Selected beveled subway tile for the bath and the grout work is absolutely HORRIBLE. As in I've never seen worse. Completely uneven. I asked them to fix it and they worked on it some but still was not good at all. When the owner came to inspect the work she agreed that it was bad. They were supposed to come back and fix it, never showed. Never called, nothing. Oh, and they didn't seal the grout either so now it's cracking. Great. Will NEVER use them again. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Horrible all around.

Overall, we are satisfied with the service! We had a slow leak and plumber recommended RR. They were quite professional and did the job seamlessly. The only thing I would work on is communication part. We were told a zipper access to the impacted area would be added the next day....but never got a call/no communication. It wasn't a big deal. Thank you!

We had a shower pan leak that affected both the master bathroom and downstairs half bath. Reliable Restoration team responded quickly and after thoroughly explaining all the steps needed to mitigate the problem started the work. I thought it will be messy and dusty since they had to work on both levels but that wasn't the case. The technicians were not only very trustworthy and reliable but helped navigate the insurance process. Could not be happier with their professionalism and communication throughout the whole process. The whole staff from technicians to office was very friendly, helpful and honest. I would recommend Reliable Restoration anytime and surely use them in the future.

We had one of those """"oh no"""" moments at our home. A water line connected to our dishwasher broke. Imagine coming home to a floor full of water. Not the most pleasant experience at the end of a long week. A friend recommended Reliable Restoration. I contacted them at 7 pm on a Friday night. Nathan came out and got to work extracting water from our first floor. After setting air mover fans and commercial dehumidifiers; the team completed their work. Over the next 5 days, a technician stopped by to monitor the equipment and take some type of readings to ensure the wood flooring was drying properly. The end result was fantastic. Reliable saved our wood floors. Shout out to Wes (the owner) for helping us navigate the insurance process. Without his help, I'm certain our carrier would have been very difficult to work with. We are more than pleased and highly recommend.
