Soooo, into each garden a little rain must fall, and so last week I had not hot water for a few days. It is awful having to go to the gym to take a shower!
This plumbing issue is covered under my home warranty plan and they called the plumber they contract with. In this case, it was Reliable Plumbing. The lady in their office called me immediately and told me they would not be able to have someone out for a few days because they has water leak emergencies and my situation was not in this category- the water went cold on me at 5 am and thank goodness I was almost done and had already rinsed the shampoo out of my hair. I wrapped a towel around me and immediately went to the garage to see if the tank had leaked- no Thank God. I then wen to the kitchen and bathroom sinks and there was no hot water there either. When I came home my brother got in face time with me and told me how to shut off the gas that was coming in- it appeared like the flame was out but we did. It know why.
Reliable plumbing called me two days earlier than anticipated and said they could get someone out to my house in 20 minutes so I was thrilled. Anthony arrived and he was so polite and got on the phone with my brother and explained what was going on. Everything was in working order so all he could think is that a heavy gust of wind came down the air vent and blew out the flame. He got everything working and waited until the unit got up to the proper temperature and shut itself off. He said if it shut off prior to coming to proper temperature, that would have been an indication of another issue.
As soon as he left, I had to do a product test and stayed under the hot water in my shower for a long time- it was delightful!
I am grateful they were able to get to my job a few days early!

Horrible experience. They came to work on a leak and claim it was a water pressure value that needed to be replaced cuz pressure was to high. They said they wouldn't warranty the work but I needed the leak fix and they ended damaging my shower and would not warranty their damage and owner was rude. Called water company and the pressure was not what they had claim.

We had an increasingly high water bill each month so we finally called a plumber to find the problem. They found several problems areas and replaced some shower heads and faucets and fixed a leak under the v bathroom sink and behind the toilet all in the same day. Great service and our water bill was approximately $150.00 less the following month!

Thieves, told me i needed a water heater, when i had a hot water leak. I paid almost $3000, for a water heater i did not need. Ray the owner made it seem as if he was doing me a favor. Absolutely dishonest

We had a wonderful experience with Reliable Plumbing! We had an emergency and needed to replace our water heater on a Friday, days before Christmas. The owner said they would do their best to try to come same day. Thankfully, they were able to. Albert and Michael were prompt, courteous, and thorough. They installed a brand new water heater for us and took their time in explaining everything, and ensuring we understood. We appreciate the good and hard work they do! Albert and Michael were so kind to us and we highly recommend their services!

Service was contracted thru home insurance and after waiting for almost a week, they show up to fix a bathroom/shower valve, the see that the cap was off from pulling it when water would not start. then plumber steps out of the house to call First american insurance. apparently if the shower cap is off, then they CANNOT due full evaluation or service the valve because its "intact". they just went back to their truck without explaining what the issue was. Absolutely NO concern for the client. they could have explained the issue, I could have repositioned the valve (it takes literally 10 seconds to do). Seems like they are crossing their fingers to find any irregularity not to work.
dont waste your time and call some one else.

Horrible ethics and customer service. Did not do what tbey said and say and dod not care the family was without hot water in the snow. Wanted more money to go back.
