I call multiple times trying to schedule a estimate to be done first time they canceled right after they made the appointment. Then had them scheduling estimate a week out. If you need reliable plumbing to actually be done, try people who aren't going to ""help"" you by actually pushing off issues and not willing to help a military veteran or other friends I know around in a timely fashion.

There were a couple of issues going on, the toilet needed to be lined up correctly and a bad leak from the tub facets. The tech showed up in the timeframe given and the work was completed in a timely manner. This isn't the first this company has done a great job for us.

I've always owned older holmes. Older holmes seem to have more plumbing problems so I have called my fair share of Baton Rouge plumbers. That was until I found Reliable Plumbing. They certainly are not the cheapest in town, but they do the work right-- and right the first time. I noticed that Mock Plumbing got a very positive review. I've used that kid once, and I will never let him back in my house. He's has a degree in Engineering, but he is no plumber. I'm 67 and I've lived in Baton Rouge all my life.

We will use this company from now on! We have tried several plumbers recently and in the past in BR and this place is by far the BEST. They were great, timely, and friendly. Every interaction with customer service and the plumbers/workers was great. For all of the work that was done, the price was decent too. We had to re-route our plumbing from the laundry room and kitchen sink to the other end of the yard where the sewer is and they did great. They only took 2 days to do the job and then the concrete guys came out the next day, like they said they would. I was recommended to this company by a realtor because we are selling our home and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks!

My main sewer line was clogged, I called Reliable Plumbing and they were out that same day. They found my problem and informed me of the best way to fix it. Fast, friendly, and affordable. Definitely recommend.

Called a plumber from the yellow pages for a job from this company. They sent Mike Bennett out, a licensed plumber. He calls himself licensed, but I didn't see his expertise! He did several jobs for us: supposedly installed a sink stopper in a bathroom sink, supposedly fixed a toilet that never seemed to flush right, put a gasket around another toilet that was leaking at the bottom and sealed it with caulk, and snaked our kitchen sink from the outside of the house to drain better. We originally called him out to unclog a stopped up drainpipe that runs from our A/C system to the house plumbing (all in the attic). Our A/C guy tells us the A/C drainpipe was unclogged, but that the house plumbing it connects to was almost completely clogged and we needed a plumber, so this is why we called this plumber. When the plumber gets in the attic, he tells us just the opposite. The drainpipe was clogged and the house plumbing was clear as a bell. He apparently cut a PVC pipe in our attic and said he ""blew with his mouth"" thru it and it was clear. I'm not even sure this was done correctly. Then when he ""fixed"" the toilet that didn't flush right, he changed out the flapper, it still didn't work, so he changed it a 2nd time, and it still runs. Our toilet never continually ran water before he touched it. Now it does. He's blaming another part in the tank that he didn't change out. Of course his equipment he installed doesn't match with ours. He didn't put the right equipment in there! He installed a new stainless steel sink stopper in our bathroom sink that doesn't even match the brass faucet we have, and he doesn't install it properly so when I went to use it, I reached down underneath the sink in the cabinet to grab something and find water puddled under the sink!!! It ruined an entire pack of toilet paper!!! He didn't seat the round ring the stopper sits down in properly so it was leaking out inside our cabinet! He took over 3 hours to do all of this!!! Then he charged us a final bill of over $400!!!!! And here's the unbelievable part, he tracked some sort of brownish black grease on the bottom of his shoes allover our carpet and I could NOT get it up no matter what product I used! I even used GoJo!, but it didn't come out! It stained the grout on my bathroom flooring and won't come up now. He left white residue all around the toilet he installed the gasket on and when I confronted him about that before he left, he goes and looks at it and says ""oh that's just residue"". I was thinking, well why doesn't HE clean it up then??? I had just washed my bathroom run and it was hanging over the tub drying and he sits his grimy butt on it then sets his grimy nasty work bucket that had brownish water in it on top of my rug!!!!! I was freaking out at his stupidity!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER if you value your money and home and it's furnishings!!! They aren't even worth 1 star. Maybe worth -3 stars.
