This is difficult to write because Quentin made a really good first impression. He was communicative and candid. He even offered to come over immediately to address the plumbing leak issue. However, the ultimate outcome of the service was not acceptable.

I was connected to him through my home warranty company. After our first phone call, he told me I needed to pay a $35 fee to purchase a trim kit for my shower. This turned out to be premature, as my existing trim kit was fine and not the source of the issue. He was not able to diagnose the issue and said he would follow up once he heard back from the warranty company. Well, he ghosted the project and never followed up with me or the warranty company. No explanation was given. I never received the trim kit or a refund for the $35 I paid him for it.

Overall, a very disappointing experience from what initially was a good impression.

Quentin, if you return my money, I will take down this review. Seems more than fair.

We hired this local company to add two shut off valves under our kitchen sink. However the work was shoddy the weld on one copper pipe did not take and we had water damage under the kitchen sink cabinet and newly installed laminate kitchen floor in front of the sink.
We called the company told them of the leak and damage, they returned and fixed the weld.The good part was they were fast and courteous.
We had to replace half of the kitchen floor and pay the plumbing bill.Very expensive valves,
Needless to say I can not recommend this company nor will ever call on their services again.I am not angry, I just don't want to put our home at risk again.
