I have an overflow valve in the front of my house, that over flowed on Sunday night Nov. 27,2022. I started calling first thing Monday morning. I got a hold of Reliable Plumbing and they were not available until Wednesday. I agreed to an afternoon 1-4 pm appointment. Wednesday afternoon 2:30pm I call to find out when was my tech coming. He was hung up on another job and could not make it to my house. So much for ""Reliable"". I rescheduled for Thursday afternoon, unfortunately it was pouring down rain on Thursday. My overflow valve is under a wood deck that was designed to give easy access to the valve. When Mario came to house he told me I had to pay $174. additional to the $79. to show up and the $229. to snake the line. I had no choice to agree. If I had known there would be a charge to remove the board I would have done it myself and saved $174. Mario was able to snake the line easily and remove the blockage. Not happy about their unwillingness to give some on the ""difficult access charge"" for removing a board with 4 screws.

Our furnace was shut off for about a week by PG and E because a small amount of gas leaked while it started up. We were desperate to find anyone who could fix the furnace in our cold house. Repairman said he didn't do older furnaces, would look up a part and get back to us. Then he charged us a fee for the service call. Do yourself a favor. Don't call a plumber to fix a heater. Look for heating repair services in your area instead. The heating repairman didn't even find a leaky part, just a pilot light malfunction.

Second time I called them out for the same issue. Over $600 charged and technician stated that work ""not guaranteed"". I asked for a quote for additional work and got no response. Do not do business with this company.

On two different occasions we have needed a plumber when our regularly used plumber was not available. Reliable Plumbing was able to work us in and have a plumber come out. They are a little more expensive than some other plumbers, but they were able to get the jobs done. They were able to change out a kitchen faucet that we were unable to change ourselves. The old faucet was corroded like a piece of cement. The new faucet was finally installed, and they honored the quote they had given us even though it wasn't an easy job.

I knew my kitchen sink was draining slowly and then almost not at all. Called Reliable and Steve came out the next day. He was professional, listened to my thoughts and got right to work. He was able to snake out the problem, suggest ways to keep it operating better and laugh along the way.
I will call them again when I have plumbing issues.

Called Reliable Plumbing for some immediate help. Our pipes were all backed up and we needed someone to come out and take a look ASAP. Nicole was great in helping me over the phone. Jose came and assessed the situation. Very friendly customer service, responsive, and polite. Snaked the system and realigned our toilet to function even better than ever. Appreciate you José! Shoutout to one of their plumbing pros Mario for the recommendation. Feels good to spend this money with good hard working people.

Today Steve helped repair our water heater. Prompt service at a reasonable price. It was easy to schedule and he was done with the repair in 20mins. We will remember them next time we need a repair.

When I lost hot water and started calling for help, Reliable was the most responsive. They were at my house within four hours when others were saying I had to wait days. The technician Nick was knowledgeable and helpful. Why only four stars? Because their pricing was sky high for the repair. To be fair, they told me the price ahead of time and I could have said no (and waited days with no hot water), but I needed the fix done and so bit the bullet and came to an agreed price with them (which was modestly lower than the original quote). Thankful they took care of me promptly.

I called to set up appointment for them to come out, The lady that took my call gave me a quote for $95.00 for them to come out and check out my Furnace. Received a call early this morning jacking up the price to $125.00
after giving me a quote for $95.00 show up fee. Very disappointed how they
can raise the price under the covid-19 situation... Use another plumbing service. Not Reliable at ALL.!!!!

You called this morning to tell me that the price was $125.0.00 for him showing up. YOU quoted me $95.00. I have the call that came in this morning if your trying to say it did not happen. You are right you never been to my home that correct. But you did change the pricing do not LIE!!!
You cant tell someone one thing and call the next morning and change your Mind.!!!! PRICE. YOU CHANGED THE PRICE ON ME THE LAST MINUTE. NOT COOL!! I have a witness. They heard exactly what was said. Don't remember me hanging up on you after that!!!!! NOT COOL!!
