I have had Reliable out twice in the last few weeks and they have been AMAZING! One call was for plumbing (Josh?) and today was for heating. Logan came early this Saturday morning for a heating issue and was not only incredibly competent but also personable and kind! I am so impressed with the integrity and skill of the technicians. Issues are explained thoroughly and honestly...I am never worried about how I am billed as they are always fair and conscientious. Whoever does the hiring for Reliable should teach seminars for other small businesses...you know the secret sauce!!

In 2019 these people came out and redid my subpump charge me alot and now they won't cover the warrant. they brought out these cheap pumps that doesn't last 6 months and after the second one they won't cover anymore they tell me my warranties are up after 3 years but the pump is only 6 months old shouldn't they at least give me a pump that will last more than 6 month.
i Will call some one too fix it right this time but will never use these guys again! Very, very disappointe!!!!!!!
going to talk with a lawyer about this my basement is a mess from all the water when the pump quit! it's time to take a stand on these business that cheat people!!!!! I give these guys a 0 for not covering a warranty and destroying my basement!!!!!! It won't let me post without giving it at least one star but I don't give them any! Very poor service!!!!!

My husband and I have used twice since moving here. They we quick to arrive each time, especially considering our town recent flooded. Dakota came both times to service our furnace last fall and then the a/c today. He fixed both problems within 20 minutes. Clean, quiet, quick. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the work Robert did to fix the valve going to my water heater. He was very courteous and had the job done in a reasonable time. Would refer anyone I know to this business. Thank-you Reliable for restoring my hot water!!

The guy never showed for our appointment. I just got off the phone with the reception lady. She was short and snobby. She did not apologize. Steve is supposed to be on his way. We'll see about that.

I needed a start capacitor for a residential AC unit. I called Reliable and they were helpful and when I couldn't give them the necessary info from the failed capacitor they suggested I bring it in and they would look to see if they had a replacement in stock. I had called another HVAC center prior to this and they wouldn't even sell replacement parts to the general public. Because, apparently they feel we are all to incompetent to fix something ourselves. But Reliable Plumbing and Heating offered helpful advice and when they didn't have the part i needed, they directed me to a local electrical retailer who did have it. In my book that is the hallmark of a stand-up company; putting the customers needs above their own. I will be checking with them from now on for my HVAC needs.

Worst plumber ever, took twice as long to do the job, charged us from the time the plumber left the shop to get to our house, rode the clock, trashed my floors, and was rude and condisending to my boyfriend. If you feel the need to throw your money away and deal with a horrible company that I would suggest using not so reliable plumbing and heating.
