We hired Rick for plumbing issue for a property in San Francisco area. He is so responsive and reliable. Sent a quote request around 9am, received a response in 5min with a price quote, arrived on site around noon (even though we did not request emergency appt), finished around 3pm!

Communication is also smooth and easy. Cost is affordable and fair. No hidden cost. Highly recommend!

Quality service at a good price

Called these guys randomly through Yelp when I was trying to find a new contractor since my previous one was trying to take advantage of me by trying to charge me more by making up issues and assuming that I don't shop around. These guys aren't that. After getting quotes from several contractors, I ended up taking a chance with these guys and have had no regrets since then. They cover small and large jobs and are flexible with how and when you want to have the job done. I think i've probably had around over 15k worth of work done by them and it'll likely continue to increase as they are able to do many
other jobs that are not just isolated to plumbing and flooring.

The quality of the work is there and it's at a price that you can't complain too much about. Especially in comparison to those bigger companies out there. 10/10 would use again.

Called for a smart toilet installation after having a our old toilet broken, and the replacement parts were far too expensive. Of course, it was not as easy of a task as we had hoped, as our previous contractor did absolutely nothing by the book. Reliable plumbing handled everything and turned a bad situation into a great one. I would definitely hire them again!
