If I could give them a negative rating, I would. We asked for same day service on Tuesday and when they had not shown up by Saturday, we called another plumber. It was disappointing to us as we had work done by them previously. The other plumber has now found things that were not done to code by Reliable Plumbing which has caused a lot of extra work that will need to be done.

We called for a blocked outdoor drain. Reliable said they'd come between 11A - 3P. We waited until 7P, with no drain person yet. Called office 3 times. They were not able to contact the driver. For EIGHT hours we waited with no info, no update, no plumber. Next day called again. Assured we were on the books, and Drain Guy would call when near. Finally Drain Guy called; said he was 5 minutes away. He finally showed up 1 hour and 25 minutes later. The job was completed at last, but we had to wait 1-1/2 days after scheduled appointment for the plumber to show. The name 'Reliable' does not fit at all. More suitable name would be 'Wait, Wait, Wait, and Wait Some More.'

How can you say a underground pipe is broken without the use of a plumber snake camera? This company stated there's a abundant amount of mud.I thought that the purpose of the plumber snake to clear the blockage.He broke into rude sermon.saying he could've answered another job for more money.I found this man manners to be rude and disrespectful.In closing I wouldn't recommend this company.

I found a puddle in our always dry crawl space. Reliable came out to assess the problem. He said that the copper tubing from the air conditioner had cracked; and that he would have to replace the entire line. Cost would be about $400. He came back the next morning, he was done in less than 10 minutes. Doesn't seem fair.

Called in the morning and the plumber came out in the afternoon, as I had requested. Good quick service but definitely felt I was over charged.

Absolutely atrocious experience. Completely unprofessional, he was very rude to me and my wife. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS EVER!!!!

Had an emergency on sat, called Reliable and they were here that same day, assessed situation and came back in the morning to do the job. Problem fixed with no added problems or costs.. extremely happy with the job and most of all the price.. because of their honesty with what had to be done, and not ripping me off with added expenses and aggravation since I'm not a plumbing expert and that could of easily happened I will recommend them to family and friends for plumbing needs..

I made a late evening call due to a main drain clog. The answering service got my address wrong after I spelled it out for them- maybe typo- she was very nice. I called the next morning to confirm they received my request for service ( which is where I found out the address mistake). Ron said he was on his way and recited another wrong address. All easily correctable. He was very nice and did the repair. Thank you.

When I needed a part replaced on my heater in the dead of winter, the technician was able to come out quickly and get the job done. I thought the bill was a high, but I wrote the check and thought all was well...until a couple of hours later, when he called me back, noting that I had failed to sign it (Whoops- I don't write many checks)! We agreed that he would call me back to set up a time for him to come back the next day, so that I could sign it.
He never did call back, and today, when I checked my account online, I found that the check had been presented, and paid, but with some illegible scribbling on the signature line. Apparently, the technician thought it was too much of an inconvenience to come back to my home, and decided instead to FORGE my signature. Which is ILLEGAL.
Don't get me wrong: the work was fine- I have had no problems with my furnace, but would I deal with this company again? Absolutely NOT.
