I recently came back from an overseas deployment and I had a host of plumbing problems. My shower was leaking into the garage and messing up the drywall, multiple faucets were leaking with no end in sight and I had just gotten a new dishwasher that wasn't working. On top of that, the toilet was leaking all over the place.

I came across Reliable Plumbing strictly by accident, having seen their truck in the neighborhood. I gave them a call and I am VERY GLAD that I did. Over multiple trips Reliable Plumbing came out and handled everything in a speedy and professional manner and to my complete satisfaction. And all at very reasonable price, especially give the circumstances. I want to give a special shout out to Moe and AJ Who took care of my shower and my toilet. They came in, got straight to work, were very professional, kept me informed at all stages of the process, answered all of my question and made sure to clean up after finishing the job. I need to also give a shout out to Rich and T who dealt with the dishwasher issue.

I have found Reliable Plumbing to be fast, responsive and highly professional. They don't treat you as just a customer, to milk for as much as possible. They understand that when you call them, that you're already pretty stressed out. They make sure they understand your problem and will work with you to get it resolved as soon as possible. They give you your peace of mind back and you can't put a price tag on that. They will be my go to for ANY plumbing issues in the future. They're a keeper!!!

Reliable plumbing is not very reliable. I called to schedule someone for a Friday late afternoon. The plumbers called me at 11:30 am on the day they were suppose to be there and to reschedule as I was not home. I called Friday immediately after to reschedule & was told I was put on the schedule for Monday.
Monday rolls around & it's 2:30 in the afternoon I hadn't heard anyone. I decide to call the office and am told by the woman I scheduled all off my appointments with, mind you, that she never put me on the schedule for Monday. I told her I was off of work and was told I would be serviced today & she had nothing to say and my issue is still not resolved. Horrible customer service.

I had a reoccurring clog that caused my basement bathroom to flood. The original plumber I called (who will remain nameless) came out 3 times over 3 months and the problem still kept resurfacing. I found Reliable Plumbing through a search on a Facebook group I belong to, and I am so glad I found them!

From the beginning, Joan from the office was very understanding. She was able to dispatch someone to my location to help me out despite it being late. The first technician that came out cleared my line and saved me from having to spend another night in a hotel.

Within a few days, another technician, (Keith), came out to discuss why my issue kept occurring. In the end, my line was assessed with a camera and a collapse was found. A repair was made, and I got a clean-out installed to prevent the future need of accessing my line through my basement. The company handled getting the necessary permits from my township and paperwork I needed to submit to my insurance company.

Their name rings true to their service. I'm never using any other plumbing service.

My house was flooded due to a freak storm and my buyers wanted a née drain installed. They came out and assessed what was needed and they gave me a great price. They came out the next day and started the project. The workers were very courteous and informative. They finished up their installation and cleaned up everything making it look better than before. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again in the future.

Poor customer service, nasty scheduler, wasted my time and then told me I had a communication problem when I was clear what the problem was. I cancelled them and used another company. I would not recommend them.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. We asked for same day service on Tuesday and when they had not shown up by Saturday, we called another plumber. It was disappointing to us as we had work done by them previously. The other plumber has now found things that were not done to code by Reliable Plumbing which has caused a lot of extra work that will need to be done.

We called for a blocked outdoor drain. Reliable said they'd come between 11A - 3P. We waited until 7P, with no drain person yet. Called office 3 times. They were not able to contact the driver. For EIGHT hours we waited with no info, no update, no plumber. Next day called again. Assured we were on the books, and Drain Guy would call when near. Finally Drain Guy called; said he was 5 minutes away. He finally showed up 1 hour and 25 minutes later. The job was completed at last, but we had to wait 1-1/2 days after scheduled appointment for the plumber to show. The name 'Reliable' does not fit at all. More suitable name would be 'Wait, Wait, Wait, and Wait Some More.'

How can you say a underground pipe is broken without the use of a plumber snake camera? This company stated there's a abundant amount of mud.I thought that the purpose of the plumber snake to clear the blockage.He broke into rude sermon.saying he could've answered another job for more money.I found this man manners to be rude and disrespectful.In closing I wouldn't recommend this company.

I found a puddle in our always dry crawl space. Reliable came out to assess the problem. He said that the copper tubing from the air conditioner had cracked; and that he would have to replace the entire line. Cost would be about $400. He came back the next morning, he was done in less than 10 minutes. Doesn't seem fair.
