I cannot speak on there work, but I can speak on how rude some employees are. The driver cut my off in traffic on 5/5/17, so I honked at him. The driver flipped me off. Now I don't mind being flipped, but doing it in a company vehicle is not smart. Reading other reviews from other sites, it probably will not do any good reporting the guys. I'm sure nothing would happen since the driver saw me taking a picture but continued to flip me off.

After rescheduling on me twice, Reliable plumbing arrived 30 minutes late then charged $250 to change a toilet handle. They price gouge by charging a $70 trip fee, which was undisclosed at the time of booking, and charge a full hour even if the job takes 10 minutes, as mine did. My advice - call another plumber and ask up front for hidden charges. I don't know how they look themselves in the eye. Disgusted. We've about to break ground d on a 6000 sq ft new build and Reliable Plumbing has been fired from the job. My husband is part owner/investor in a successful DFW home building company and Reliable Plumbing will no longer be accepted for any of its jobs. We'll be sure to share this story through all social media and networking groups to which we subscribe.

This review is not about quality of work. It is about PRICE. They charged me $70 trip fee and $135 per hour of labor. That's $205 for the first hour of work. That's right folks, they add the trip charge to the labor charge. Pricey #2: they charged me $40 for a $10 fill valve. I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Really disappointed with the office manager, Wendy M. I was told one thing and she did another that resulted in the denial of an insurance claim. When confronted, she became rude and disrespectful.

However, I was satisfied with the actual work that was done. As a result of Wendy's actions I would not use them again.

This company stands behind their work. There was a product and they got me a new product at their expense because it was the right thing to do. Another time an installation had to be fixed and they did it again at their expense. They are old fashioned that way unlike the others I have used
