.One of the worst experiences with a contractor. In short, they were fix two toilets. I communicated clearly what was needed and have it all in writing. I suggested they send someone out for an estimate, but they declined that step. The tech left one toilet with a leak. Their internal communications were poor. There is far more to this story, from beginning to end, but I have never ever had such a poor experience with a contractor. Screaming at customers and making false accusations is never good customer service.
