My hot water heater died the evening of Christmas Eve. I contacted Reliable Plumbers the morning of December 27th and the service person Safi Sarid arrived at noon. He brought the replacement water heater and had it completely installed within 2 hours. I was extremely thankful for the service I received and happy to see him wearing a mask even though my tank is in the garage therefore limiting our need to be in close contact.

My toilet in my master bathroom started backing up into the shower and the toilet wouldn't flush. I did a service request quote on Yelp and the owner, Farid was the first one to respond to my request. He was very courteous and requested for me to call and do a consultation over the phone. I spoke to him and described my problem to him and he was able to give me a quote over the phone of how much it would be and that he could be here within an hour!

This was exactly what I wanted and needed. I was very anxious that someone may not have been able to get here today or for several hours, and I would have to go all day and into the next day with one working toilet in a house with 4 people! He calmed my nerves right away by immediately knowing what the problem was and coming out so soon. Farid is very knowledgeable of plumbing and I was very confident in his skills. He came and had my toilet working again in about an hour and a half! The whole process from initial contact to completion was less than 3 hours!

Because I did not have a clean out access outside, it cost me $375, because he had to remove the toilet, but he did inform me that was a possibility prior to arriving. I am very pleased with his service and experience! Great experience!

Farid himself answered my message via Yelp, and just by pictures was able to diagnose the issue. When he came out, he and his team were communicative and thorough. I am very satisfied with the level of service that was provided, and the cost. (Estimate from another plumber was $1,200 more & they couldn't start as soon as Farid did.)

I definitely recommend this service.

10 stars if I could! New homeowner and we had a leaky toilet and they replaced and hauled away two today. I contacted them at 245 PM on a Saturday to request a quote on the work/install/replacement/haul away and it is not even 615 PM on the same day and I have two new toilets installed with no leaks and no old toilets to throw away. Beyond happy with the price and work. I honestly didn't even get the man's name he was so quick but I think it was Safi. He was courteous and better than prompt and clean. Couldn't be happier! I will absolutely be calling them again if I ever have another plumbing need. Thank you!

Farid communicated quickly and effectively. He helped me remotely from yelp messenger to set up an appointment for my mother in law in California.. (She isn't the easiest person to communicate with, if you know what I mean)... Not only did Farid make it out without a scratch... but the mother in law spoke highly of his work and his ""fairness."" That is a five star review - ALL the way, trust me!

Problem was not fixed the first time but they sent a senior plumber to inspect. He fixed it with no extra charge.

Other plumbers in this area said they either couldn't get parts or they couldn't fix this shower valve.

Very quick response to my online request for an estimate (on a Saturday!) Farid arrived the next day at 10 am-had great COVID protocols and kept our house very clean while he was working. He quickly fixed our garbage disposal, took Venmo, and was done by about 11 am. Highly, highly recommend!!
