Our furnace stopped working and our home warranty contacted this place to fix the problem. They were great to work with up until I requested a refund because I meant to make a payment not pay the whole bill all at once because like every other family in America we are on a budget. I got some line about they were waiting for someone from square to contact them. Have not heard a peep from them and we are left broke. I will not use this company again.

Until recently., Reliable has been my go-to plumber for our fairly complex sump pump system in our basement. However, back in late spring, their new tech came and installed a $700 sump pump, but apparently he was unfamiliar with working around our Radon mitigation system and a couple of parts from the cover of the sump hole were lost. I called manager Jeff Robinson who sent the plumber out, looked at it and he or Jeff told me they would replace it. When I hadn't heard anything from Jeff, I called the Radon mitigation company and had them replace the parts, at a cost to me of $110. I sent the bill to Mr. Robinson asking for reimbursement. I have not heard back from Mr. Robinson. Am now looking for other plumbers.

I have used Reliable many times over the past 15 years and they always come through for me! This week I had two separate emergency issues and they went above and beyond to help me immediately. Their great customer service is hard to find these days and much appreciated.

My furnace was having some issues this morning. I called Reliable and and they were out early. Dennis the tech was very nice, informative and helpful. The problem was simple, thank goodness and, Dennis was on his way. Thanks, Trent & Dennis!
