I would highly recommend this company. Professional, friendly, and did not try to take my money. The week before I had a regular plumber come in and he said, its in the water line. 5 minutes $100.00. Fortunately they recommended Reliable to find the leak in the water line. They were able to come pretty quickly, and it turned out water was leaking in the back in the tank of the toilet and all I have to do is replace the guts. They have no idea how upset and worried about having to pay out $1000.00's of dollars. Did not mind paying the service call one bit!

Brandt was quickly responsive by phone and text and accommodated my schedule needs for his service call. He willingly explained the process he needed to follow to determine my leak location and let me be involved/watch so that I could understand. My cost was $400 for the service call.
He was a kind and thorough advisor. The only thing I would have done differently would be to do a walk through at the end of the service call to make sure my water lines were reconnected to the same water pressure level. I was able to easily reconnect myself though, so it wasn't a problem.

Reliable does a great job. We have used them multiple times in the last few months and the locations have been very accurate even though they were not ideal locations to pin point a leak. I definitely plan to use them again in the future
