Reliable...should be called Un-Reliable. I scheduled an AC service 3-weeks ago. When the date came I had to get off work cause they had only a 'window' which was anytime after 2pm. I took time off work and they never showed. Ended up calling me at 9pm with some excuse. Well the technician promised to be at my house the next day at 9am but the company decided that they would put another technician on the case. The second technician doesn't show up! Is this a joke...it would be hilarious if I was on candid camera but I have to actually work which this company doesn't seem to be able to do very well.

To prepare my refrigerator for the movers I pulled it out and disconnected it only to notice the shutoff valve was leaking. I immediately called Reliable to get a plumber out. Within hours Clint and Corey arrived. I was glad to see these guys because Clint had been out before so I knew what to expect, this guy is good at what he does and he takes pride in his work. While the movers loaded the contents of my house on trucks Clint and Corey worked together to install a new ice maker box and valve. The new valve was professionally installed at a good price and the problem was solved within hours. That is exactly what I have come to expect from this company, a timely fix by outstanding professionals at a fair price.

Would never recommend this company to anyone! The techs are clearly uneducated in their """"specialty"""" and the charges are absolutely ridiculous. I had a tech come out to my home on 7/14, he told me the unit was frozen and he'd need to defrost it. Charged me $319.99 to change the filter, and use a hair dryer to defrost the unit. Told me I had a leak, but to find the leak would be $300+ then offered to recharge the system that would cost me approx $300 as well. Not sure why I'd recharge the system if I had a leak... clearly it would just leak out? He acknowledged that, but did not make me feel confident in his abilities. I told him to leave it. I paid my bill and called this company to report my dissatisfaction in how this was handled. The manager then called me back and discovered I didn't receive my invoice (because they had my email completely wrong) he said he'd resend it and would call me back. Never called me back. I called another company to come out, that tech opened the unit and where the leak was coming from was clearly visible - literally right on the coil visible in seconds. The other company also covered this in their service fee. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Clearly they are just after money, and not fixing the problems of their customers.

Terrible customer service in the office. I have called at least twenty times trying to get ahold of the finance manager David Oehsen and he keeps blowing me off. Very unprofessional. I told them I want to finance a water heater and for some reason they put me in a rental agreement that I don't want nor asked for. Now that I'm trying to cancel it the one and only person that could possibly take care of it is never around. I feel like this is their scheme to get money out of people. So buyer beware but actually your not a buyer cause you won't own the product if they automatically put you in a rental agreement. Terrible experience with reliable and DO NOT recommend them to anyone. They are not upfront or honest about anything.

Had severe back ups in the shower, tub and two downstairs toilets . Tech came out and immediately wanted to see the septic tank. He said I had a septic problem but the tank was at a normal level. But he was arrogant enough to tell me he knew all about septic. Didn't even try to clear the blockage in the line. Wrote an $89.00 invoice and immediately left without so much as a by your leave. I'll never call them for anything.

No longer reliable. Long time customer that is fed up with missed appointments and a call service that can't do anything. Time to find a company that invests in their employees more than their ads.

if i had something good to say, i would but i don't, it's been almost 2 months since i had the unpleasantness of giving UnReliable my business 1st of all they did not fix my problem and charged me $1100 then to tell me i need a new unit so laughable i could cry...i got a 2nd opinion from Premier Heating and Air they fixed my issue, took the time to check everything and it only cost me a fraction of this now i am out of more money. i've been trying to resolve this for a month and they are avoiding me i've called and emailed them what they asked for and NOTHING ,,, GIVE ME MY FREAKING MONEY BACK... YOU DID NOTHING BUT TAKE MY MONEY and now you don't even have the dignity to address this...

As some of the others have mentioned in prior reviews, Reliable is unreliable. We made four appointments with them online and confirmed the appointments over the phone. They were no-shows every time. When we called to inquire, they had a range of excuses: 1) """"You didn't tell us what the problem was."""" Not possible, since their website will not allow you to proceed without checking boxes to confirm the problem and the service requested. In the box for additional information, we even included further details. 2) """"We set you up for a tentative appointment."""" Wrong. They confirmed via text as well as by phone that we had a firm appointment. 3) """"........"""" That is usually the response. Or more specifically, """"uhhhh.... I'll have to check with.... somebody."""" By now, you get the idea. I can't remember a time I've had such a frustrating experience with a company of liars. If it's the middle of a freezing winter and your heat fails, Un-Reliable will ensure you and your family die of exposure. Cover yourself and call someone who will actually meet their commitments. Thanks for the excuses, Reliable, but no thanks.

Another great experience with Reliable Plumbing! Efrain was here within the hour of service call. Responded promptly by phone to give me an ETA. Arrived (with mask on) on time and was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Explained work needed to be done to unclog my sewage drain and explained process and progress as he worked. Price VERY reasonable for work completed. Will definitely continue to reach out to Reliable as needed and put a special request in again for Efrain for plumbing issues.

I appreciated them calling me before they came out to replace my hvac system. The technicians were professional and explained all they were going do. In the beginning of the work there was challenge that came up and they handled it like true professionals. It was a great experience and I hope others will experience the level of service and professionalism that I recieved.
