I called yesterday to make arrangements to have my toilet replaced. JoAnn was very helpful. She gave me choices for the type of toilet that I needed, and she immediately gave me the price and said she didn't have one in stock today, but they should be able to have one tomorrow and gave me the name of the installer and time of his arrival. If there was going to be any problems with delivery she would call and let me know and change the day. No call and Steve arrived close to 11AM. He did a GREAT job! No mess...no problems and now I have a new toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to have any plumbing service taken care of with Reliable. Reliable is the perfect name for this company...along with just plain good 'customer service'. Something that in any line of work should always come first and it was! Thanks, Reliable! :)

Needed Dishwasher drain hose installed and Auqasauna water filter changed. Current Aquasauna filter has all quick connect fittings. a 20 min. job witch included a 15 min. pre-flush wit a garden hose. He was unable to do the Dishwasher hose install and told me to call a certified Samsung installer. Total bill was $450 He told me that it was $50 off because he could not compete the dishwasher. The main reason I called was to fix the dishwasher, which I am unable to do. I could have done the filters myself, I had done them before. I will never use Reliable Construction and Plumbing again.

I am very happy with this company. Especially after another company came prior to Reliable and didn't even try to fix my clogged sink. They said all my pipes had to be replaced and estimated no less than $1000. I called Reliable and spoke with Joanne. She was very understanding and gave me an estimate. Steve came out the next day and said there was a clog and needed to snake it. Russ came the next day with the machine and fixed it. Both men were excellent. They were respectful, clean, articulate and exactly there at the appointed time. My sink works great and I will use them again in the future. I was charged the estimated price. Sorry the other review was so negative, but I have nothing but praise for honesty and a job well done.
