I had a serious problem - no hot water. Turns out the tank needed to be replaced. It was not a traditional hot water heater, but one of those compact heaters. It was a bit tricky because it was located in the back of a closet with shelves in front of it. Mr. Yaacov came over quickly, and knew exactly what to do. He ordered a replacement and came over the next day. It took him only an hour to do the job. He was very professional and knowledgable. Do not hesitate to contact him for high quality service at a reasonable price.

Reliable Construction & Plumbing is just that! Yaacov is extremely reliable, affordable and trustworthy. He did an excellent job, showed up when he was supposed to and even did extra work without charging anything extra. He didn't leave a mess, was easy to work with and was responsive to all of my requests. Our hot water heater works perfectly now and I highly recommend him.
