Ken W, the owner is a military veteran with a disability who sustained injuries in 1995. He entered the plumbing business and launched his own small construction company in the year 2000, which has grown into the present company that delivers many different reliable services.

Following an honorable discharge from the military in the year 1995, Ken W., our founder came back home resolved to forge a new path. He became part of a big plumbing business, excelling through dedication and effort. In the year 1999, after obtaining his license to practice plumbing, Ken chose to create something unique. In 2000, he started Reliable Basement & Drain, a company built on honesty, determination, and a focus on customer service.
