After an honorable release from the military in 1995, Ken W., a dedicated veteran returned home determined to forge a new path. He worked a major plumbing firm, excelling through commitment and effort. In 1999, after earning his plumbing license, Ken decided to create something of his own. In 2000, he launched Reliable Basement and Drain Services, a company founded on trustworthiness, dedication, and a focus on customer service.
