Hot water heater periodically going off and on. We could manually turn it on and sometimes it would work for undetermined amount of time but not ever enough to get hot water. Person came and opened door to heater closet, looked around with flashlight and turned it on, shut door and said it's working. Explained again that it doesn't stay ignited. He went outside and looked at roof, came back and said the vent on roof didn't have cap and warranty wouldn't cover. Remarked on his number of years in repair business and stated he owned company.
Warranty company denied claim because of supposed missing vent cap.
Disputed denial & provided photos to support vent he was claiming was the problem was actually a vent that allows fresh air, and doesn't have a cap, into bathroom. It is located approximately 4-5 feet from actual capped vent. After a lot of discussion and argument with warranty company and again supplying photo proof they agreed to send a different vendor. This vendor agreed the cap less vent was exactly what we claimed and was not cause of any issue. Did inspection and said unit was not functioning. Informed warranty company and also stated vent without cap wasn't supposed to have a cap. Replacement of unit approved by warranty company. It did cost me about $1400 to bring it up to code. I was very unhappy with original plumbing repair company and would never recommend them to anyone.

We had a small leak between our first floor and garage ceiling. Did a service request with our home warranty, took about 5 days to get it set up. Plumber arrived, looked for about 5 minutes and said there could possibly be mold and I cannot touch anything. Called a reclamation company, they showed up about an hour later and tried to sale me on having the garage sheetrock abated before the plumber would look any further. I declined, everyone left. I pulled the wet sheetrock down, found the leak, went to Lowe's and spent $62 in parts and tools, drove home and fixed the leak in two minutes.

My home warranty company sent them out to our house to fix our Hot water heater because it stopped making hot water. I explained to him after he arrived past the 8-12 window that I really didn't know that much about water heaters, since I work in the Medical Field. He was mad already because I didn't drain it prior to him arriving. He was only at my place for 30 minutes and proceeded to tell me that my Hot water heater was wired wrong, it had aluminum wiring, the two thermostats were both uppers and someone had rewired them incorrectly and he wasn't touching it and left. I pulled up my exact year and model online from the manufactures website and found that he is completely wrong! this particular water heater has interchangeable thermostats and what he said was wired wrong, is not. they need to communicate with each other so that they can work together. What he said was aluminum wiring, is really the crimped end of the copper wire. Do not allow this company into your home! With the manual I found online, I fixed the damn thing myself! Master Plumber, My FOOT! I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS!!!!

Don't use this Company!
My home warranty sent them out to fix a backed up toilet ",they ran the snake through the clean out pipe and it went into the toilet that wasn't stopped up and broke the back out of the toilet, so at that point I have no working toilets, the guy calls his boss and his boss calls me and says our plumbing is faulty and that is the cause of the broken toilet, so now he knows we are pretty much desperate so he says it will cost $675 to remove the clogged toilet and snake it and reinstall it,
What choice do I have at that point there are people living in the house can't leave them with no bathroom, I ask when they are going to come fix the toilet they broke and the owner Daniel says they aren't because they didn't mean to break it!! He tells me if we go buy another one they will install for only a small charge of $175
This place is a rip off! Use them at your own risk for me I will be filing yelp google BBB and complaints anywhere I can!

I think these were the guys, big orange truck? 2 dudes inside?
Sent buy my home warranty co., spent 5 minutes, not to fix my water heater
but to "look at it" all for $85.00. then sent me an estimate to replace it for $1100+, the warranty co. was paying for the water heater!!! When I tried to review them on their website....there is no reviews available. This firm is unbelievable, they "use" the warranty company really try to screw you. Hard telling whar their "regular" service charges!!
I fired First American Warranty also!

I have used Daniel and his team multiple times and they are great to work with! The employees he sends out are professional and explain everything as they do the repairs!

Our downstairs hearing unit went out during the coldest part of winter. With all of the supply chain issues it took a few days longer than normal but the staff at Relentless was great to keep pursuing the parts needed to get the repair done. We really appreciate the work they did and how nice they have been to us!

These guys are a circus! Next time I need a plumbing fix, I'll call a girl scout who will do a better job. Both contractors that came to our house left without turning the hot water back on! Just hopped in their trucks and drove away.
The hot tap on our master tub would not turn on. The Relentless plumber glanced at it and said "You'll have to get someone to break out the tiles to get access, then you may need new faucets." We called a different plumber- C&N out of Weatherford - who came, unscrewed the faucet, cleaned and oiled the valve and bingo! Hot water in 15 minutes for $100. Go figure !

Horrible experience! Co. sent an unlicensed plumber who caused damage to our bathroom walls, faulty installation, and flooding of our bathroom, resulting in an insurance settlement with their insurance company. Co. owner made excuses and did nothing to correct damage. if you hire this company, then you get what you deserve, so be forewarned. Anonymous

We had a needed repair in our front bath.....Daniel came out and fixed it with a new part he had on his truck......We were very satisfied with his work. Bob W.
