Plumber soldered and left a mess on our sidewalk, flooded our bathroom and basement and insultingly padded his time. Only hire these guys if you want a flooded house, a mess on your hands and you want to overpay for it! Oh ya, he left the valve open from our hotwater to the cold water. Yikes!

Make sure you schedule an appointment and get it in writing. The plumber and I discussed meeting at my home at 2:00, he showed up at 1:30 and left a note saying that I need to schedule appointments for times that I can keep. I immediately called the company and explained the miscommunication. When the plumber showed up at 2:10 he was extremely rude, and very confrontational about the time. He blamed me entirely, and was all but calling me a liar. Whether a company gets a job done correctly or not, a customer should not be treated poorly in their own home.
