Got an estimate by these folks which was insane, then I saw the Don't Treat On Me plates on their vehicle when they left. When a company can't keep politics out of business, always best to look elsewhere.

Unfortunately this company needs help with their scheduling system. It appears to be a one person show. The technician that worked with us, Ricky, seems to be a very busy man. This technician Ricky comes off as pushy and impatient. In the end, the issue never got fixed by the company and they left minutes before the appointment time. Can't give a great review and provide decent feedback as they cannot keep their time. It is at your own risk if they can resolve plumbing issues.

Got over my head with a bathroom remodel. A so called simple project turned into a DIY gone wrong. Called Rickey and he came over and straightened everything out. Excellent communication and professionalism. Will definitely use his services again.

I too had done business with Reinholtz plumbing, Ricky's a nice guy; but at $135 an hour a bit excessive in cost. I was informed that that the rate is good for the first hour and should be cut in half for additional hours. I would recommend getting estimates exspecially if it's not an emergency so you don't get raked over the coals after the job is complete.

We had a very good experience with Reinholtz Plumbing. We had a leak in our waterline in the basement. From the time we noticed it to the time I called for a plumber, (overnight) the leak was increasing and worrying us. We have had reason to search for plumbers on the Internet before, and have been very disappointed by how many have frustrated or cheated customers.
Reinholtz came recommended to us by another company we trust.

Reinholtz was out working in another area of town, but they were able to work us in and showed up within an hour or so. Good phone communication with us.
They gave us an accurate estimate of cost and time--I had an appointment and was sure I would have to reschedule it, but they finished in about an hour so all was good.

They replaced about a foot of pipe, and explained that they needed to replace the shutoff valve, it wasn't worth the time and money to troubleshoot it--when I saw the pipe they cut out I understood that they were right. It was packed with calcified rock-solid stuff from years of use.

Reinholtz kept me informed every step of the way, showed me what they found, recommended good solutions for the problems our old house has, and I felt that they were honest and skilled.
When my husband got home, after worrying the night before and working all day, he was greatly relieved to see what he saw as great craftsmanship in the welding. Problem solved elegantly. The cost was about $300, which we found very reasonable for the work.

We'd recently used MyPlumber to simply stop a toilet leak, (it was the stopper flap) which ended up costing much more than the above issue, just for replacing the inside parts of the tank, which we could have done ourselves for much less if we hadn't been pressed for time.

In addition to Reinholtz' service being reliable, affordable, fast and efficient, and generous advice on many projects I asked about, the customer service of these folks was first rate--respectful, honest, and friendly.

Now, I don't know how big this company is, so if you all start calling them and they have to schedule you out a day or more, don't blame me. They are worth the wait. Really. I'm sure they do urgent issues as a priority.

We will hire them again in the future for all of our plumbing needs.
