Ambrosia S.I have called this place three times over the past two weeks. The first two times I left a message with my problem and my phone number and got no response. The third time I finally got through and talk to the lady who said they would call me back and they never did. I was calling for our business to get a new toilet. My boss talked to someone who worked there on top of me calling three times and again no response. On a separate matter pertaining to my home we called and they said they would call us back. We then called back a week later And they finally came out right away. I feel so incredibly defeated. If a business is too busy to come take care of my problem then let me know so I can move onto the next plumber. Don't leave me hanging! I know it's Covid but a 30 second phone call letting me know you cannot take care of my problem would be nice.
