She was not very responsive or had a good business courtesy. Had to follow up several time to know the status.
Instead of diagnosing the problem at our rental property, then calling me to explain the problem and to know if we'd like to continue with the fix, they fixed it and sent me the invoice. It's like between calling them and then sending the invoice of $225 (for not that of a big problem), i had no idea what was going on.

If I could give them no stars I would. They cut the vinyl flooring 6 inches and refuse to pay. Jan is extremely rude.
