Highest Recommendation! Perfection at its best! I reached out to Reign Plumbing & Gas because the tub faucet in one of my bathrooms wouldn't shut off. They were at my door within 15 minutes. The job took about an hour to complete only because he had to go get parts and the weather was bad. Pricing was VERY reasonable and they called to check to make sure everything was in top order. I contacted Reign P&G after Michael & Son canceled on the same day for which I'd scheduled the appointment to replace a ventless gas heater. I called and spoke with Godwin on a Friday afternoon. He had some follow-up questions that I learned was to make sure that what I wanted done would meet code restrictions. He came the next day to do the repair. His cost was very reasonable, particularly given that it was on a Saturday. He arrived about 15 minutes early, was professional, explained how the system I wanted worked and then completed the job in just over 2 hours. Cleaned up after himself and made sure I knew how everything worked before he left. I will use him again and recommend him to friends.
