I highly recommend this Company for service and reliability. I suspected a problem with my sump pump but I was not sure because I was a new homeowner. A knowledgeable and courteous service technician by the name of Ryan K. Came out to our home in the middle of a snowstorm and did an inspection. He took the time to go over step-by-step with me and my wife of what the problem was. We had no idea that our old was sump pump was totally shot and could have cost us thousands of dollars in water damage. Ryan had a new replacement pump with him and solved our problem right away.

Very unprofessional company to deal with. I had them rod my sewer (which only lasted 2 months}, paid the worker the quoted price in cash. The next day he called and said he needed another $100.00. Like a dummy I paid him and have regretted it ever since. I then had a very reliable company rod it and it has lasted 2 years.

I called Reid and Pederson on a Sunday night. They returned my call right away. I had a service appointment scheduled for Monday morning. Betty called and said Ryan would be on his way. Ryan was on time, clean, and did a great job.

Our kitchen sink was stopped up. I had taken the trap apart and it was clean so I knew it was plugged in the wall. My neighbor recommended Reid & Pederson. I called at 8:00, they were here by 10:00. Very nice, polite young man who explained as he worked. Power snaked it about 35 feet and we now have a working drain. Charged us $135 which seemed like a fair price. A few weeks ago I needed a plumber and called Reicht. He charge me $500 for less than 1 hour and no parts. Which is why I was looking to use someone new.

Great job! Friendly, courteous, helpful! Veta got someone out to me right away. That someone was a very capable guy named Dave. He fixed the problem, explaining reasons why it could have occurred, then he offered great advice on how to avoid it down the road.
Clean, polite, professional and very reasonably priced. Very glad to have had the pleasure of meeting them my first month in Crete. Bad situation made better by good people!

I called Saturday morning for a clogged basement drain. These guys were here within 20 minutes and had it unstopped. The price was really reasonable too. I would definitely call these guys back without hesitation.

A tad bit late on this review but to sum it up I reached out to this business during Non-Business hours and was contacted rather quickly and the Owner John was very nice and understanding of my questions and came out to my house quickly. They were punctual, thorough, and knew there stuff and definitely will use them in the future! They even gave me 10% off of my service without me having to mention it (I actually forgot about the discount) So happy I found them!

I had Reid and Pedersen repair my waste sewer line by relining the pipe rather than do a replacement. Everyone I had contact with in the company was a pleasure to deal with, always on time, respected my property, neat and clean. Great company!
