Jason is very professional and nice guy. We hired home to install a new garbage disposal. Scheduled very fast and arrived on time. Our house is old and the kitchen pipes are not built per code. It took him extra time and work to get the job done, but he didn't charge us for that. Highly recommended.

Needed to upgrade my alcove shower stall with a simple insert, replacement of the pan and plumbing upgrade. Jason was there to help with the installation. He was dependable and his quote for the plumbing replacement and installation was reasonable and fair. He was punctual and completed the task as promised and also left the job site clean. Jason exhibited a lot of passion and pride in his work. Was constantly teaching and explaining techniques to his associates while working.

I would definitely use him again if the need arises. Would 100% recommend him to anyone that needs a professional plumbing installation or upgrade.

Had an awesome experience. Jason replaced our garbage disposer, fixed the waterline to the icemaker (after 3 years of procrastination on my part), which turned out to be a nut that was loose and replaced our water heater. He and his people followed all covid safety protocols and worked very fast. I will definitely refer and use them again.

Wow. I can not say enough good things about Jason. He was knowledgeable, diligent, followed all Covid rules and solution oriented. A 56 year old home presents issues but Jason sorted it out for the better. Sink, faucet, dishwasher, disposal all new and in great working condition! Required an electrician to do the work safely but it was great he did not gouge me with return fees. I appreciated that. Always good to find a true tradesman that is honest and a problem solver.

The absolute worst company. I would seriously recommend not using Regulators plumbing LLC. They shut off the water to my house to a check on a simple faucet leak. He then claimed that my water shut off valve was broken. At this time I was a new first time home owner and didn't know a thing about plumbing. I had a baby crying in my arms during all of this and I told him to please fix it so we can have running water. A year later I had a water leak at an unknown location and had to spend thousands of dollars finding the leak that was coming from their poorly replaced water valve.

So be careful. They are not to be trusted.

Had a leak in my ceiling from underneath the toilet. Called regulators based of yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. They got to me so fast and did the work immediately and cleanly to get me fixed up to prevent any further damage. I will use regulators for any future problems or renovations. Seriously nice guy, went out of his way to help me out. Really good pricing no BS. Highly recommend.
