My faucet was broken. I had bought a new faucet, and just needed a plumber to replace it. I had asked for quotes from Yelp. Jason was one of the first plumbers to respond. He gave me a guaranteed price, which included a 1 year warranty for the job. The other plumbers all wanted to come to my place to do a free estimate. I really liked the prompt price quote for a specific job. Plus I had read reviews about Regulators Plumbing - lots of 5 star reviews.

Jason called me back shortly after I had left a message. Came over the next day to replace the faucet. Got the job done nicely. He checked that there were no leaks anywhere before he left. Really liked his prompt and professional service.

My Condo requires we replace a bunch of plumping things (connectors to sinks, valve to toilet,etc). Jason is very personable, going above and beyond of just fixing our issue to providing extra information on separate concerns that I brought up!

I think the price is on par with other plumper fees; but his willingness to share his expertise puts him above the rest that would be just in and out without a lot of interaction.

Our home had a main water line leak that needed to be replaced. I reached out to 4-5 different companies and Jason was the first to respond, immediately, and even came out to give me a quote on the weekend even though it wasn't an emergency. Jason did an assessment, thoroughly walked me through the intended work, and answered all my questions. I had him replace the water shut-off valve at the house as well since he was already pulling it all apart. When it came down to the work day he made sure I was aware of what was happening and what to expect that day. He replaced the whole line with minimal damage to the yard since it was a trenchless replacement.

The price was super fair compared to all the other quotes I received. I think what drew me to Regulators, in the end, is that Jason is the owner and does the work as well which is refreshing in today's environment with so many big companies that charge massive overhead to fuel their operations. It felt a lot more personal and also it was nice to text him directly if I had any questions in between.

Always happy to support a great business and will definitely reach out when I need his expertise again.

Excellent service from Regulators on a toilet leaking around the base. Communication was good, and I liked the immediate quote for a standard repair on the most-likely issue. It turned-out the problem was what they expected, with a single layer wax O-ring, and I appreciated their professional approach to repair with two layers. No surprises, the problem was fixed, and we paid what we planned. I would have trusted them too, if there had been a non-standard issue. Definitely the front-runner for our next repair. Highly recommended.
