Choosing to do major electrical upgrades is never easy. Your home without power to do these upgrades comes with a price and worry it may take longer than a day.

I called about 6 places and asked for bids. Some didn't even show. I run a small company I was less than happy with serves and unclear answers to my questions. I had no-shows. I almost gave up and wanted till spring.

Then I called Rego Electic. Duane came out and was clear on th work that needed to be done. He told me all the steps and how the office would communicate with me. The staff in his office was amazing I had to call a few times for questions or requests. I wish I remember her name.

I knew what techs would be at home. They send you a text day before and the morning of for arrival time Steve and Brandon were there 4 times for this large job. I could not have been happier. VERY helpful, clear on their steps, and very clean when leaving not an ounce of dust. I was SHOCKED.

They had to have the inspector come due to the job being done. Even that was communicated from start to finish.

I have larger plans in the spring. We will be calling back Rego Electric again for sure.
