While many of the repair services we contacted were so busy they didn't bother calling us back. We had a great experience with Regional Plumbing and his team! We had rain water backing up into our drain every time it rained. The drain ran underneath the cement floor and it had been improperly done the first time. It turns out we needed a check valve installed in our main sewer. They rearranged their schedule to accommodate ours and were able to come a day early. We rent out our basement on AirBnB so we had narrow time frames. They explained everything so I understood every detail.

We are so grateful they were able to work their schedule with us. Their team was professional, quick, and clean.

What went well: our repair went quickly and at a fair cost for the work involved. A technician came to diagnose the issue on Friday and told me to call back on Monday to get a cost estimate and schedule the repair. The cost checked out with what I researched; another repair company previously quoted us almost double. They covered the floors with drop clothes and made sure to clean up after a dirty and intense job.

What could have gone better: I was told from the beginning the tile would be damaged and that tile work was not covered by them. I had to hire another person to tile the floor. It was explained clearly but I wish they would include tile work with their services.

Given the unusual amount of work, I was pretty happy to have this issued resolved with a quick turnaround. A very good experience overall and I would use this company again.

Rui is the best. He makes a real effort to solve your problems immediately and reasonably, but more importantly, he wants to help you avoid problems in the future... I'd give him 10 stars if it was possible.

This company is reliable and dependable - no-nonsense business.
Rui, the proprietor, is knowledgeable and cares about his work and customers. This is rare in the business - I have had so many bad experiences with plumbers not showing up, charging more than they quoted and making a mess, besides being rude and nasty.

You can call Regional P&H and expect to be treated with respect and get the results you are looking for. The work if done by craftsmen - they care about the work and they care about you.

My surgical office has a ""re-do"" with new floors, cabinets, sinks and A/C/ units - Regional Plumbing and Heating took care of all the plumbing (sinks, fixtures and condensate lines for the A/C units).

The office looks amazing and functions even better! My many thanks for taking the ""nightmare"" out of the construction project - I recommend Regional Plumbing and Heating for all projects, big and small... for any sales, service and emergency needs.

I had a problem with Water in My basement, i called Rui from regional heating & plumbing, who came and assessed the situation & suggested to have a sump pump installed. He came over took care of the job in a professional manner , efficiently, timely & cost effective.
A job well done thank You Rui. I would definitely recommend his work .
He not only know his job well, but is a people person & has a great sense of humor. A definite plus.
