Al Regina established Regina Plumbing. In the beginning, the company concentrated on service and repair, which encompassed plumbing repairs, drain and sewer cleaning, clearing clogs, burst pipe repairs, leak detection, mainline repairs, Orangeburg pipe removal, slow drain fixes, hot water heater services, plumbing fixture troubleshooting, and emergency plumbing.

In 1985, Scott Regina started his journey in plumbing alongside his father, learning the trade thoroughly. He gained experience in all aspects of plumbing to understand various needs and develop skills to manage a business. Scott Regina assumed control of the company in 1988 when his father relocated. He continued to grow the company with the same principles and services established by his father. Today, after 25 years, Scott Regina has evolved into a master plumber. The company has expanded to cover every phase of new builds and renovations. Our connections with general contractors remain robust.

Regina Plumbing stands by its work. Years after they installed a plumbing fixture (in a part of the house that we rarely use), we found a problem with it. I called up Regina, and they immediately came and fixed it for free. I can recommend them.

We've used Regina for about 10 years. This week we called to have a faucet replaced. They came when they said they would and did a great job. My husband's thrilled with the replacement cold/hot shut off values they put in.

We'll be calling again, I'm sure.

Would give 0 stars, if I could. They worked for us before and everything was fine but this time around they did an awful job. They came over to fix our wobbly kitchen faucet and btw they found out that our garbage disposal didn't work properly. Lucky us, they already had one in their car, they suggested to install. As we are renting, I asked about the costs because I had to contact our landlord first. I was told about 300 $. Tried to reach my landlord but had to leave him a message instead. I felt pressured to let them install the disposal because they already took out the old one without asking permission and told me it would be too broken to put it back. The bill arrives and we were not talking 300$ but 500$ now. Our landlord wasn't happy at all, as you can imagine. On top of it, we found out that the exact same disposal regina plumbing installed, is available at amazon for 120$ less. So naturally I gave them a call and explained the situation from my point of view. They were really friendly and wanted to discuss and give me call back later, what they did. Now here comes the worst part (besides of overcharging us in my opinion), they told me that the plumber would have let me known that the 300$ were only for the disposal and that the working hours were not yet included in his quote. No way Jose, I would have never let them go ahead then! The only thing they would offer me was to only charge me for the wobbly faucet and to come over and take out the disposal again. You know what, I agreed...got me a new one from home depot way, way cheaper but almost the same features and installed it myself. In Germany any 5 year old girl can do that, took me one hour and I saved 250$. Check anything twice they tell you!

As Murphy's Law would have it, I went into the garage very early on the morning we were leaving for the entire Thanksgiving week. Hearing a strange hissing noise somewhere, I looked around for an angry stray cat that might have wandered in. To my chagrin, I saw that the geriatric flex line to our water heater had given up the ghost! THAT was the last thing we needed :( I called Regina Plumbing and within a couple hours, we had help on the doorstep. It was a simple fix that took a very short time. The mechanics were friendly and did a great job cleaning up and were on their way.....and we were on our way to the mountains for a great Thanksgiving. Imagine how it could have turned out if we hadn't discovered it BEFORE we left! The bill was very, very reasonable and I will recommend Regina to anyone who asks me!

Regina Plumbing came out last week to snake a pipe I was having a problem with. Before they came out the owner asked me the right questions to diagnose the issue correctly. He suggested I have the City come out and check their side of the pipe first, which I did. Of course, it wasn't their side. They found 3 areas clogged in my pipe which had to be accessed by the roof as I don't have an external clean out. The first plumber I delt with was sent out by HomeGuard, my home warranty company. What a JOKE! They weren't allowed to go on the roof, under the house or anywhere else. They charged me $60 to come and tell me they couldn't do anything b/c I didn't have an external clean out. They couldn't have asked that question over the phone?!!? I should have saved my time and $$ and just called Regina in the first place!

He fixed our problem, but brought along a helper (which they didn't tell me) so I had to pay for two people to work on two simple things. There was a problem after the work was done and they wouldn't return our phone calls. They finally did call and came back and fixed the problem.

Regina Plumbing was suggested by a friend. Now I have a new plumber. They are very responsive and effective. Our hot water heater broke recently, they sent someone out immediately to deal with draining the heater and deal with damage control, then scheduled someone for later that day to replace the heater. Before I knew it, we had hot water running again. They did an excellent job with the install, left everything cleaner and better than before they started. Responsive, friendly, not expensive, I'd recommend them to any friend.

I have used Regina Plumbing two times and have been pleased with their services. Both times he came out within thirty minutes and was able to resolve the problem. Scott was professional work was clean and both times he discussed what the problem was and what my options were. I would recommend Regina Plumbing.

I've used Regina Plumbing twice and have been very satisfied with service and performance both times. This most recent time, Scott came to do an estimate for changing a gas fireplace set up. He spent quite a bit of time discussing my options, and ultimately I decided not to change what I have. He was very friendly, knowlegeable and honest about the pros and cons. He was not the least bit annoyed (or didn't show it)to have spent the time coming to my house and a good half hour discussing the issues, only to have me decide to leave well enough alone. I will definitely call Regina Plumbing for any plumbing issues I have.

Used Regina Plumbing twice - Good customer service, showed up on time, completed the repairs in a timely fashion.

My only complaint is that the second time was a simple repair (replaced U-tube on kitchen sink). Technician was at my home only 45 minutes, but charged me for 2 hours' time - in a bill that he mailed to me (ie, did not tell me the charges on the spot). I felt a little ripped off.
