In 1985, Scott Regina started his journey in plumbing alongside his father, learning the trade thoroughly. He fixed our problem, but brought along a helper (which they didn't tell me) so I had to pay for two people to work on two simple things. There was a problem after the work was done and they wouldn't return our phone calls. They finally did call and came back and fixed the problem.

Regina Plumbing was suggested by a friend. Now I have a new plumber. They are very responsive and effective. Our hot water heater broke recently, they sent someone out immediately to deal with draining the heater and deal with damage control, then scheduled someone for later that day to replace the heater. Before I knew it, we had hot water running again. They did an excellent job with the install, left everything cleaner and better than before they started. Responsive, friendly, not expensive, I'd recommend them to any friend.

I have used Regina Plumbing two times and have been pleased with their services. Both times he came out within thirty minutes and was able to resolve the problem. Scott was professional work was clean and both times he discussed what the problem was and what my options were. I would recommend Regina Plumbing.

I've used Regina Plumbing twice and have been very satisfied with service and performance both times. This most recent time, Scott came to do an estimate for changing a gas fireplace set up. He spent quite a bit of time discussing my options, and ultimately I decided not to change what I have. He was very friendly, knowlegeable and honest about the pros and cons. He was not the least bit annoyed (or didn't show it)to have spent the time coming to my house and a good half hour discussing the issues, only to have me decide to leave well enough alone. I will definitely call Regina Plumbing for any plumbing issues I have.

Used Regina Plumbing twice - Good customer service, showed up on time, completed the repairs in a timely fashion.

My only complaint is that the second time was a simple repair (replaced U-tube on kitchen sink). Technician was at my home only 45 minutes, but charged me for 2 hours' time - in a bill that he mailed to me (ie, did not tell me the charges on the spot). I felt a little ripped off.

We've used Regina for several different jobs and have consistently been impressed. They do great work at very reasonable prices and always help us look at options. We've had them do a number of different jobs.

The biggest thing we've used them for was replacing the sewer line that connected our house to the street. We had had a different ""national brand"" firm come to do a cleanout and found that the ""orangeberg"" (a material commonly used in the late 40s and early 50s as a cheap form of piping) that ran under the front of our house and the yard was starting to collapse. That firm quoted us a pretty outrageous amount to fix it, blaming the fact that they would have to cut/jackhammer out concrete under our kitchen. No thanks, we said.

Instead, we called Regina based on the recommendation of a friend. They provided a prompt bid that was HALF the price of the national firm. They showed up right on time and got the work done much faster than we were expecting.

Even more importantly, they did an outstanding job for us. I was particularly impressed that they went out of their way to dig underneath a sidewalk and a planter that were in the way so that we wouldn't have to replace them. They even moved the clean-out valve from the middle of the yard to a more appropriate spot.

The folks at Regina Plumbing are real pros. We'll happily keep using them for all of our plumbing needs.

I hired this co. based on the positive reviews here and the fact that they are a local co. I had a very disappointing experience with them... while a service person was able to come out the same day (he reeked of smoke) pushed one button on my water heater and then lit it (this took maybe 5 min.) and then said, ""that will be $125."" He then told me I should hire some to come out and clean the exhaust flu (then called the manufacturer) and came back and corrected this advice saying I should clean the intake area. What he didn't have with him was the vacuum to actually clean the intake area so he took his $125 and left. An hour later my hot water heater wasn't working again. What did I pay $125 for?? So I called and left a message with the co. saying that I was an unhappy customer - she said someone would call me back. That was 5 days ago and I have yet to hear from them.

I gave Regina Plumbing a call for a couple of minor jobs around the house (backed up kitchen sink, and a new pressure regulator valve). They were friendly over the phone, gave me a quote and a time slot, and the fellow even showed up early and started to work on what he could outside the house until I came home. He got everything done and explained all of the work that he did, along with some tips for keeping the pipes free of gunk in the future. All in all, exactly what I needed... great folks!

Regina Plumbing was recommended to me and they've been great for some straightforward jobs (replacing sink faucets and old toilets).

I also appreciate that they were able to make a good recommendation for a type and brand of replacement toilet. I'd been trying to figure out what toilet to buy, and it was a hassle -- there are dozens of brands ranging in price from ~$100 to $1000+. Regina's plumber Mike made a recommendation for a Kohler toilet that's been perfect: solid, good quality, strong flushing, and it wasn't that expensive (~$250).

I haven't called Regina for emergency services, so I can't comment on their service in that area. Their regularly scheduled service has been great. Very prompt, their plumber was a sharp guy, pleasant, articulate, got things done quickly, cleaned up the work area, etc.

The only concern I had -- and it's just a small thing -- that replacing the toilets, only one guy showed up -- and it's tough for one person to handle moving a 70-80 pound toilet, carrying it back and forth from the truck, etc. He did fine with it but I felt badly for him, schlepping that load around. I'm sure they train for doing that kind of thing, but it seems it would be better to have two people on something like that.

Bottom line: I'd absolutely use them again and recommend them.

I have called on Regina Plumbing twice to rescue me from backed up kitchen sinks. One was a yucky back up requiring the snake to clear it. The second rescue was a simple clearing of the pipe. Calls to them were answered quickly and professionally. Plumbers arrived in a timely manner (as scheduled) and were very nice people. I recommend them without any hesitation.
