Spent months trying to get plumber contracted through home warranty with constant runarounds. Finally, called Dean on Monday morning. He sent Kendall out within an hour. Two hours later, our new water heater was ordered. Water heater delivered Tuesday morning (btw, other plumbing cos tried to talk us out of replacing our 75 gal with a 50 gal - we have a jacuzzi tub). Kendall asked right away if we had a jazucci tub. Kendall called at 7:45 to confirm they would be at our house at 8:00 to remove old water heater. New water heater put in by 11:30 Tuesday morning. What had taken months to not even get a plumber to order a water heater, took Regina one day to order and install. They were communicative the entire time. Won't use any other company in the future. Nice, honest company.

After dealing with another nearby plumber, who couldn't keep his appointments for three days in a row, I called Regina first thing this morning and they were out here in three hours. They sent Mauricio who out in a new fill valve on a running toilet and Kendal who installed a bidet seat, without having to remove a one piece toilet. He was lithe and agile to do the job efficiently. They were quite reasonable, especially compared to the first plumber who had to remove the whole toilet and ended up not fixing anything. The real issue was his lack of reliability and professionalism.
If you need to leave a message for Regina, do so, as they had called back in an hour before I had already hired the other plumber. I wish I had been more patient and went with Regina Plumbing in the first place.

Answered phone on a Saturday. Gave us an option for Monday morning at regular prices or same day at 50% premium which seemed very reasonable. Opted for Monday. Showed up on time and took care of the issue at a very fair price. Polite, well mannered and left no mess. 100% would recommend.

Called on a Saturday afternoon with about 10 minutes to closing and they were still able to accommodate me. We had a sewer pipe that needed to be cleared out due to blockage. Would definitely recommend their services!

Regina plumbing is AWESOME! Garret, our technician, was professional, polite and an accomplished plumber. Garret and his team replaced 2 water heaters and multiple hot/cold water lines and a sewage line. The team was at my house early and worked diligently all day for several days with my vast array of housing issues. I am so glad that I called Regina Plumbing and they will definitely be my plumbing service from now on! Great job team!

If I could give more stars, I'd double it! We found a leak under the house on a Sunday afternoon (always a Sunday for something to break). Called Regina Plumbing and left a message, and 10 minutes later they called me right back. I explained that we had a hole in a copper pipe and Dean said they'd be at the house the next morning between 7:30 and 8:00am. Exactly 7:30 his crew was knocking at the door. By 9:15 the inspection and repairs were finished. They checked under the house for any more concerns and found none. Amazing service, excellent price!! Regina has come through for us on multiple emergencies and we've been so grateful! Excellent company and HIGHLY recommend!!!

I called Dean in the late afternoon that my water heater was kaput. He called back an hour later. The next morning at 8 am his guys came and a new water heater was installed by 10 am (at a very reasonable cost)! It doesn't get any better than this!
