This review is in response to David B's review about the Regina crew. I live in the HOA he rode by and to date we have had over 20 exterior leak repairs completed by Regina due to defective plumbing. They have been in our neighborhood A LOT. They are a small crew, very nice, respectful guys, and all of us have tremendously appreciated their excellent service. In reading over Dave B's reviews, it seems he enjoys complaining even to the point of the decor at a UPS store. The road he complained about is very wide, has little traffic, and it is surprising he would even mention anything to workers there. Bad YELP reviews are hurtful to businesses and folks should be careful about what they write and believe.

Wow, these folks are awful. These folks were parked on a main road in a no parking zone (literally right in front of a no parking sign) blocking traffic and I asked them to move. The response I got was pure road rage. Amongst other nasty things, I was called a ""f#%ing fa#$%t [slur for a gay man]"".

When I got to work, I called the main office, the owner said he would look into it. He called me back and said ""Well, you started it."" (I am not kidding, joking or exaggerating.)

When I told him I had it on dash cam and everything his employee told said was contradicted by the video, his response was ""I believe my employee"".

Huge shout out to Regina Plumbing. We've needed quite a bit of plumbing over the last few months and every time Regina Plumbing has come through. We had trouble with a fairly new hot water heater (installed by someone else who wouldn't return calls) - we found out it was installed incorrectly and Regina fixed everything and got it working perfectly. A couple weeks ago we had a major plumbing emergency at 6:30am (like flooding the street, the city has to come turn off your water emergency). Before they even opened and as soon as they got my message they had someone on the way and had the issue resolved quickly - way faster and for way less money than the city predicted. Today they replaced a very noisy, failing valve in the garage. As always they were prompt, courteous, clean, explained their work and the costs. Kendall is the excellent plumber who has come out on these calls and Dean is the amazing owner who always makes sure things happen the way they should. I can't recommend them highly enough and won't ever use another plumber!

Regina plumbing came out and fixed a bad leak under the house and got the job done fast. The two guys that came out where very polite and considerate and professional. They are very knowledgeable and have no whims about having to crawl under to get at hard to reach areas if that's what has to be done. I would call them first before any other plumber.
I would highly recommend them.

I called Dean on a Friday to help fix a ruptured water line running to my house. He was very helpful. I had already shut off the main water valve at the street. He first recommended a reliable leak detection company. I had the leak detection company come out and locate the leak (4-ft down behind a retaining wall). Dean taught me how to connect my house to my neighbor's garden faucet so that my house remained functional while my main valve was shut off. On Saturday, I had my gardener dig down to the ruptured line. I realized that I could fix the PVC pipe myself and did so. Dean followed up the next day to check on me and was willing to come out on a Sunday, but it was OK as my repair got the job done. Dean is clearly one of those long-time tradesmen who focuses on being helpful and solving customers' needs. I will definitely call him when I have another plumbing need.

Regina Plumbing is terrible...please do not use. I asked them to install a 1"" gas line and they decide on their own accord to install a 3/4"" of which was already existing. They over charged me $3,000. I now have to redo the work. Do not trust or use this plumber...terrible.

If you don't know about Regina Plumbing.. you should. They are the bomb. First of all they are super at what they do. Find the spot, fix it in short order.
They are also amazing at cleanup. you might not think this is a big deal.. but when you have dirt and mud covering a driveway or street... they make sure it is put back to normal.

From initial phone call to final bill, our experience was once again five stars.

Jorge came out and efficiently fixed my mom's long-time leaking shower, replacing a 50 year old part. And like last time, worked well with my mom and her Aphasia/communication struggle.

My go to plumbers! Always quick to respond and they get the job done fast! They have replaced my ancient water heater, installed a new toilet and fixed a couple leaks for us. Recently had an issue with the water heater not lighting and Dean sent his crew over that day and they had it going in less then 10 mins!

Dean was quick to respond to our cry for help to get our hot water heater running again. And this on the Saturday starting a 3-day weekend. Advised us on all options, even those which wouldn't benefit him. Kept in touch. We will go to him again.
