Quotes and Time & Materials invoices are very reasonable...On time company and when they have to adjust they communicate...Our GoTo Pipes Man...

I give this company a full five stars for the service I received, the quality of the repair and the price I was charged. Additionally, I was given the opportunity to save some money by waiting until the weekend was over since the repair I needed didn't require immediate attention. Of all the plumbers I called regarding the matter, Dean was the only one to answer the phone let alone return my call at all.

Dean and his crew of plumbers looked after me on a busy Monday and Tuesday when my septic broke down over the weekend. Despite a rainy Monday and no septic plan, Mike and his helper did a professional job and replaced several pipes that were not intended for septic nor the right fit. They also created a temporary set-up so minimal water and toilet use was available for the night. By noon Tuesday, the work was done.

Had a water leak in the crawl space of a rental. My regular plumber was booked up so I called Regina Plumbing. I knew the previous owner (pre 2004) but was a first time customer of the company. They were able to send someone out within a few hours of being called. George came out, climbed into the skinny crawl space, found the leak and was able to fix it within an hour service call. It was a wet, dirty job, but I never heard any complaining or whining. George just got in there and got the job done! And for a very reasonable price too. Although I was not an established customer, they made me feel like one. I highly recommend Regina Plumbing for your emergency plumbing needs (and probably for all other plumbing tasks too).

I paid for a sewer clean out of the main bathroom in December and had to call Regina again in January because the toilet had clogged again. I asked if there was a 30-day guarantee and was told that the toilet had clogged up again ""because the tree roots had grown to cause another back-up"". The line was cleaned I was sent another bill.

I think I would have to call a plumber every month if that was the cause but it's easier to just pay the bill and find a plumber that stands by his work.
