Our water heater sprung a leak and wouldn't light, they were able to get out to take a look the same day I called, and put in a new one the very next morning! Brought it up to code (when previously it wasn't), we are very happy, and will use them for all our plumbing needs! So glad we found them!

It has taken what seems like years to find a reliable and trustworthy plumber. No shows, misquotes and unprofessional people was all I seemed to run into. UNTIL I called Reggie the Plumber. Ms. Barbara is amazing! She booked the appointment and the repairman was there on time and ready. Parts were ordered and they took care of me immediately. Guess what!!! This is basically my go-to plumber now. I've been in my home for about 10 years and had my first plumbing issue in the form of a leaking toilet tank. Reggie the Plumber came up in the top of my searches and nearly every post on Nextdoor mentioned Reggie the Plumber. I noticed the issue over the weekend and called on Monday and was a bit concerned they couldn't send anyone out until Thursday, but it was fine. (I'm not sure if the time frame varies depending on how significant the issue.) I took it as a sign that maybe they had high demand because service was so good. Nothing was flooding and it was a slow drip so I put a bucket under the drip. They came out on Thursday morning and probably from start to finish took the plumber about 30-45 minutes to identify the problem, replace all the parts in the toilet tank, and be on his way. I really appreciate the prompt, no fuss service and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Reggie was responsive, practical and communicative on our repair. We had a broken pipe between our house and the road that was leaking water down the street. Reggie not only rearranged his schedule to come and help as quickly as he could, he also gave us options for the repair and his recommendation. He fixed the issue in just a few hours and was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be calling him for any future issues.

Today I received a call from my neighbor across the street there a pipe or the water meter is gushing water in the front yard. I called The county water department to come and check to see if the problem is on their side but unfortunately the problem was on my side of the property so i was responsible for the repair. so I started my search on yelp looking for plumbers and of course I saw all the big name brand plumbers that you see on TV and driving around the neighborhood and then I sqw Reggie the plumber and I looked at some of the pictures that customers had posted it and there was a picture who i believer is Reggie the owner smiling while doing a repair in someone's yard so I decided to give them a call to see if they can come out and help me out. When I called I spoke with Barbara who was so nice and responses to my knee she gave me a range of times and she would check to see if someone was available to come out today. to my surprise Barber was able to get someone to come out and repair the broken pipe on my side of the yard and the price was fair but most of all they really remove the fear of the unknown. I had no idea what to expect but I was pleasantly surprise and I feel so fortunate that I decided to pick Reggie the plumber and I will be using them if I ever need a plumber again this was the best pick by far!!!!!!

I would definitely recommend! My plumber that came out was amazing! I definitely learned a few things and appreciate his quick and efficient service. I've had plumbers come out before who seemed like they had no clue what they were talking about. But this company exceeded my expectations.

Hmmm. Customer service: I believe that I was talking to Reggie, but I wasn't sure if it was a secretary or something. They respond really quickly, so that was comforting. I requested a quote, and they gave a quote on the lower end and higher end. The appointment was confirmed with a 12-2 range. That was fair. However, I ended up receiving a more specified time of 1pm later. That's the time I made sure to be home for the appointment. I received a text at around 10am asking if they could come earlier, but I responded saying I wasn't there. I raced in traffic to get home at 1pm for the appointment, and after 15 minutes after the confirmed time, I texted them asking if they were still coming. They told me that they went to another client since they couldn't come to me earlier and that they'd be there closer to 2. Very unprofessional. If you provide a range, and then send an actual time, don't try to rely on the range later because it's more convenient for you. If you do, at least inform the customer. Had I not had anything else to do, I wouldn't have cared, but I fit this appointment into my work schedule, so I was pretty perturbed. Since they were already late without notice, I couldn't trust that they'd make it at 2pm. I ended up telling them not to come and made an appointment with another company that has amazing reviews. Would I recommend? No. But I do recommend Plumbing Express. They're very reliable! Will I use them again? No.

Y'all, if you have a plumbing issue, do yourself a favor and call Reggie the Plumber. We have been using them for any and all plumbing issues that have come up in our older house since buying it five years ago, and we are always impressed with the service we receive. They are always friendly when you call to set up an appointment, and have always been punctual and really easy to work with. They will fix what needs to be fixed, and not try to sell you on services you don't need. They are amazing!

I scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. When I replied to ask about it, they didn't reply. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
