Fariborz R.I have worked with Regency Plumbing for several projects and have been very impressed with their professionalism and service. They are always on time and resolve the issues very quickly. I will continue using them for my new projects.
Maybe I am a small fish. I had a leak in my gas manifold and was told that they did not make that manifold and parts are not available. I contacted Taylor Oxygen-Regency Plumbing. They wanted to replace the whole manifold and alarm for $7500. Luckily, I called Airgas in Glendale and they sent a tech out to take a look. He diagnosed it as a leaking pressure regulator and replaced it with another set to the manufacturer specs for $250. I don't think Regency Plumbing is intentionally trying to scam me, they just didn't want anything to do with repairing my old manifold. However, this is why plumbers have a bad rep.
