Dave Regan is a pro. He is a real human being. Will rework his schedule if you have a legit emergency and his rates are competitive. For the review that complained that he had to pay when the source of the leak was the ceiling, time is money. Your attorney would charge you for his time and plumbers have to do the same. Plus if he identified the source of the leak, that made it possible to get the right person to do the work rather than some unscrupulous plumber fiddling around and the problem is not solved. I am a satisfied customer of Regan Plumbing and recommend him unequivocally.

Ethical issues??? Just received a $200.00 bill from Regan Plumbing & Heating for investigating a possible water leak which was quickly determined to be from the roof. When Dave was questioned reference this bill he indicated that his time is worth $200.00!!! No work was performed!!
