Totally disappointed all around. Poor work, poor customer service. Never will use again nor will I recommend. Not to mention the problem wasn't fixed and a ridiculous bill.

My experience was mostly good. This company made it easy to schedule. The plumber showed up on time.The work was done well. There was a bit of a hiccup when I tried to get a breakdown of parts, but they did get that info to me eventually. If I could it would be a 4.5 star review, but hopefully the issue wouldn't happen next time so I'm rounding up.

Very bad experience regarding a furnace repair. A pilot light assembly replacement cost nearly $600. Checked online for US made original equipment equivalent parts and found they marked them up over 150%. Time charged was also excessive. The worst part was calling to inquire about the bill. The customer ""service"" person only knows how to bully an unsatisfied client.

I won't ever use them again . They replaced a float for our sump pump 14 months ago . They told me the warranty was up and it will cost me $153.00 for them just to come check to be sure it is broken .(I was already told by another master plumber that checked it for me , that it was ) This is before any work would be done . Just to check it . $153.00
From a business stand point , integrity- THEY HAVE NONE . It's not about ethical customer service it's about ripping people off .

Our furnace was making a new sound and we were in need of a tune up.
Called Regal and service tech came next day. Devin arrived on time, took care of our furnace and spent time explaining how to change filters, condition of furnace, filter size, etc. I couldn't be happier and will call them again when needed.

My heat wasn't working. Within a week, regal was able to identify the problem, get all the new parts needed and install the product. Christian went out of his way to ensure that I understood all that he was doing, labeling and identifying things for future technicians. The heat appears to be working better than ever as bc Christian replaced the return ""ductwork,"" the air seems cleaner, too.

Very frustrating experience. Contracted Regal to assist the gas company in converting from propane to natural gas. Work was done, slow but fine. Customer service and professionalism is lacking. Quotes are unclear and not standard in formatting or readability, as are invoices. Paid my bill over the phone and requested an emailed receipt (as the gas company reimburses this expense). The transaction was processed the same day and cleared from pending to processed in my bank account. Had to follow up repeatedly (being put on hold at least twice per call) and 3 days later their office still did not have a receipt ready. Unorganized to say the least. Was hoping to have additional work done in my bathroom but would no longer even consider using Regal.

This company is a horrible! The representative that answers the phone is incompetent and their manager is even worse. The technician and the representative advised us that our bill would be $80.00, however the manager told us the bill is $100.00. I believe they need accounting classes or hire a new manager. Ongoing issues, we are done with this company!

First purchased hot water heater from Regal in 2014. Then in 2017 hot water heater purchased and installed by Regal leaked all over my basement ruined my carpet. Had paperwork that showed warranty coverage. So I called into Regal, it took them 14 hours to return my phone call. They came out and came to the conclusion that I needed a replacement hot water heater. They never discussed any prices with me so I assumed the warranty covered it completely. Come to find out I was wrong. They stuck the bill in my ex-boyfriends name and now 7 months later I owe them almost $800 dollars. I will pay what I owe because it is the right thing to do, but Regal should educate there techs to let people know when there is a charge because it's the right thing to do. The tech had no interest in keeping me updated on charges. I guess they figure it isn't their problem because they don't get held accountable. And the office staff will just bully you and make you feel as though it was your fault they didn't explain the warranty didn't cover it.
I will never recommend Regal Plumbing and Heating.

A/C went out the night before, called Regal in the am and they had a tech (Devin M) there in 3 hours. He changed out a part, told me that it's under warranty and they would complete the paperwork. All said and done, under $100. Regal installed my system 4 years ago and they service it annually too. I have never had a problem with prompt, courteous service! Keep it up and my business stays with you! Highly recommend.
