I am from NYC but needed a plumber during my stay at Ft. Myers Beach. Thank goodness I called Reflow Plumbing! Dave was amazing and extremely honest. He showed up 15 minutes after I called and helped us resolve a problem caused by our condo association. If you want honesty and a quality job - call Reflow and ask for Dave.

Very disappointed. Showed up 2.5 hrs late. Didn't know what a diverter valve was. Dave sent two really nice kids, but weren't qualified for shower plumbing installation. Didn't know how to sweat fittings. Sent them away and scheduled a reputable plumber for said job.

My toilet was running for a good hour after a flush. I called Dave, made an appt and Dave showed up ten minutes early. It took him two minutes to diagnose and had the part in his van. Pricing was very fair and Dave was very professional. I will certainly call Reflow again.

I called reflow to disconnect my plumbing and reconnect it once my new counters were put in. They also purchased new handles for 3 bathroom sinks and a faucet for the kitchen sink. While the plumber was there he also suggested I get a new garbage disposal for 198.00 and I agreed. The total amount for the job was 2,300.00, half the cost of my new granite counter tops and new sinks. I could not believe my eyes. I called to complain and the receptionist said we bill by the job we dont itemize our bills. I have never heard of anything that ridiculous in my life. I am a real estate investor and have never had any company say that to me in 15 years of business. This company totally takes advantage of its customers and charges whatever they feel. I asked for a receipt for the handles and faucet that were apparently over 600.00 dollars and never received the receipt. I will be taking this company to small claims court in lee county.

Excellent service and communication. Called 8pm on July 3 for work on my condo in Bonita Springs. I was in Chicago and inlaws reported problem. By 9:45 all work was completed and Dave kept me informed each step of the way via phone and email. Very reasonable price for the work performed. Arrived early. Inlaws said Dave was professional, polite and thorough. Highly recommended.

We had a new refrigerator installed at our home on the island. It developed a leak at the back of the refrigerator. Our friend who was staying there at the time tried to turn the water off but the valve started spraying water so she stopped in fear that she would flood something. I then called Reflow to go and install a new shut off valve. Well that led to them telling me that one of the water lines to the faucet had a buldge in it and that the faucet needed to be replaced. They called me """"on their way to buy a new faucet"""" without my approval first! I told them to replace it with a $60-80 faucet. I got the bill for a $160 faucet, that we didn't even get to choose! That bill was almost $300. We don't live there, this is our family get away. I felt completely taken advantage of! But the saga continues. Come to find out, after they left, the cold and hot water were switched when the faucet was used. Called them back again. This time we were told that hot water was on the right and the hot water was on the right in the cabinet and that the refrigerator was actually hooked to the hot side. They also changed the connection of the dishwasher, because it was going to the cold side. That was fixed. Then the technician told our friend that the dishwasher was bad because it stopped filled with water. This is where I was getting hot because I was again feeling like I was being taken advantage of. The tech left. I called Reflow AGAIN to find out why the dishwasher had stopped working, because it had worked the night before. This time the owner came out to look at it......his technician had NOT turned the water valve on!! After all this they had the balls to send me a bill for $264! Really.....

We needed a new sink and garbage disposal installed plus all of the fixtures. Reflow sent a young man named Stan to our condominium to do the Removal and installation. He was polite, efficient and knew what he was doing. He asked for a broom so that he could sweep up when he was done. Stan arrive within three hours of when I called. We could not be more pleased. I would recommend both Reflow Plumbing and Stan. Thank you.

We have used Reflow at our business for over a year. They are more than prompt, often arriving in 10 minutes. They are reasonable and seem entirely competent. We would recommend them to others.

We have used Reflow plumbing twice this summer for bathroom remodels. They were prompt and knowledgeable in their service. Dave (owner) followed up to make sure we were ok with the projects we were completing and if we needed any further assistance. It would be nice if all companies functioned in this manner. We will definitely use them again (if needed).
