From the very first conversation until the end of our project, he did a fantastic job communicating with us. As far as quality of work, we are very pleased with everything that was done. Jeff took the time to make sure things were done properly. With plumbing work, you need to have it done properly. Otherwise, you will pay for it down the line. We were referred to Jeff Zinger by the company that installed our new counter tops. Jeff from Referred Plumbing came to our home and connected our sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and new faucet. He also connected the electrical outlets that the installers did not connect. It was a complicated job but he got the whole job done in one day. Jeff, owner of Referred Plumbing, came to us through a referral from the company installing our countertops in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Business owner Jeff came and did the work himself. He came on time, did the work (replacing outside valve assembly) with great skill and care (including cleaning up), and was courteous and friendly the whole time. His company was in the midst of a really big job, but he did not shove our small job to the back of the line as many contractors would do.
