Both Jeff & John were very professional. After the job was completed there was a minor issue with the manufacturer's material. We contacted Jeff and he was at our home within a few minutes. Worked with Jeff, and it was a BREEZE! Got a quote to move the mainline so we could start on some new landscaping. Quote and final cost was exact, no hidden costs, straight forward, on time, and so friendly. Would refer them to ANYONE, and have sent info to a friend already actually!

A month later (today) we had a backed up line, and my husband tried everything to keep costs down. He even replaced a garbage disposal, snaked the line and was so disappointed when the water backed up again with new disposal. I called Jeff, and with a quick phone call (over the weekend!) he diagnosed the problem, told my husband what to try next, and of course, it worked like a breeze! A $7 fix, and we did it ourselves. Customer service like none other, fast, reliable, and just delightful to work with. Can't recommend enough! My go-to plumber from here on out!!

I am so pleased to have worked with Jeff and John on my master and guest bath renovations. They were professional from the start and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with their work (and I am a very particular person). Their rates were fair (and I did shop around), they arrived on time daily, were respectful to me and my home, cleaned up everyday, and completed both projects within the stated timeline. They even helped move my furniture back into the master bedroom. Jeff and John installed toilets in the master and guest baths, and laid the tile floor in the guest bath. They also installed the tub and all accessories in the master bath. This was a particularly challenging renovation project as I had started with other far less competent ""contractors"" who could care less about quality. I feel fortunate to come across Referred Plumbing. They helped to turn around my experience and restore my trust in skilled professionals.

Jeff and John at Preferred Plumbing are great!
The first time I used them l had the the water main line ball valves
replaced and new copper pipe ran to the back and side of
the house for new hose bibs.
Second time was a small job moving ball valve for sprinklers.
Both times they called back right away.

I am a huge fan of quality service and quality people. We used Jeff after remodeling our kitchen. From the very first conversation until the end of our project, he did a fantastic job communicating with us. As far as quality of work, we are very pleased with everything that was done. Jeff took the time to make sure things were done properly. With plumbing work, you need to have it done properly. Otherwise, you will pay for it down the line. Putting aside his ability and professionalism, Jeff is just a solid guy!!!
