Six days after my SECOND total hip replacement in EIGHT weeks, I was incapacitated.
As luck would have it, THAT is when we found the basement drain was clogged and backing up onto the basement floor.
On a Sunday afternoon, around 3.

I called Reeves and they responded within TEN minutes, and they were at my house within THIRTY minutes. The whole problem was addressed and corrected in one hour's time.
I can't express the relief and peace of mind they gave me in that moment.

Much, much more than a job well done!
I can't recommend Reeves Plumbing highly enough! A good group of Guys!

Reeve's Plumbing and Heating is a scam. They are not professional at all. I paid them $198 to tell me my garage drain was broken outside. In their written assessment they said it goes out the side of the garage and toward the back of the house. So they quoted me $2,800 to fix or replace it. They asked me to pay half of it upfront. After they dug up a small section of my driveway, (which they weren't even supposed to do. They were supposed to dig toward the back of the house, not the front.) they called me to tell me there was nothing they could do because it was broken. We already knew it was broken! That's why they were there. To fix it. The guy said the $2,800 was for an assessment. Um no. The $198 to snake the drain was an assessment. That's when they told me it was broken. The $2,800 was to repair the break. Then they tell me it'll be $4,500 to do something else. That they'd have to add in a sump pump and that I'd have to put a heater outside next to the sump pump in the winter so it doesn't freeze.... So I asked them if I would just have to pay $4,500 instead of on top of the $2,800. They said yes. Everyone I talked to about this said that it sounded like they were scamming me. That there was no way I'd need a sump pump. So I canceled with them and tried to get my money back (the $1,400 which was half of the original quote). The owner was supposed to call me but would not call me back and wouldn't take my calls. Every time I called the office he was not there. After calling there multiple times a day for days, someone finally called me back to tell me that even though I still technically owed $2,800 they would give me back $700 and that the reason they couldn't replace it was because there was a second break. No one ever told me before that there were two breaks. They did not do the work for the $2,800 quote and they did not do the work for the $4,500 quote. All they did was dig two small spots. They did not put the dirt and gravel back very well so now I have to try to fix my driveway. I'm not the only one they've scammed. I know they're lying because as I said above, they had told me the drain goes toward the back of the house, so why dig up front? Also, supposedly the first break was approximately 40 feet because that's only how far the snake was able to go. So the second break had to be farther. They dug about 8 feet and about 32 feet. If the snake went 40 feet then there should be no breaks less than 40 feet. And they called me at 1:42pm to tell me they couldn't fix it. They should have gotten there pretty early in the morning. I would think by 9am. How did it take so long to dig those small spots? Unless they didn't get there till after noon, and are trying to charge me for a full day. Nothing makes sense.

Main sewer line was plugged. They tried to snake it and couldn't get through. Instead of using a camera to find the problem, they jumped right to ""dig it up"" and gave us a quote in 5 minutes for $6500! Shady company! Called another place and the first question they asked was ""Did they use a camera to see the problem?"" Nope! Wm Spaeder came and used a camera and cleared the drain for 65$ less than what Reeves did at their visit. Do not use Reeves!!!!!

Tony, the technician, arrived on time to look at a leak in the crawl space in my home. I was not informed of a $89.00 service call prior to technician arrival. Tony did not even go into the crawl space. Tony tried to convince me that it was nothing more than ground water and not to worry about it!
I contacted another plumber who took care of the leak. I would NOT recommend this business

I called regarding a leaking toilet at one of my rental units. I informed them that I had replaced the wax ring and I believed there was more to the problem. I was then charged $250 for Tyler to tell me he pulled the toilet and replaced the wax ring. I told him that was already done, and I need a quote for a flange replacement. He guessed it was around $800 but he didnt see water coming down anymore so the issue might be solved. As soon as he left I entered the unit to see the toilet very visibly leaking just as much as it was before.

I called the service to inform them and get a quote. I was told I would get one that day, and now 3 business days later I still don't have one. I called to see what was going on and was told they didn't have any notes or quote on it.

I have very upset tenants and have had to call other plumbers.

Do not use these people.

I talked to them about the job. Needed hot/cold for shower and drain. They said they don't demo or do anything but plumbing, okay. Got someone for electric. Demolished the shower that was in there. I wanted to get the floor in but they were afraid of damaging it, ok. I showed him the in wall toilet and carrier. Needed drain in wall and told him vanity was being moved to opposite wall needed all shutoff valves in the bathroom not in basement. Ran inside that day, came out and was told $6500. I thought it was high. Last estimate was $2000. But they had no openings. My husband of course was in I told you so mode. I gave them half up front and they were coming the Monday after Easter. I was not here all day Monday and Tuesday. Some of the time, I was here, but husband was here. They took 2 days putting together a shower, which I told them my daughter and I would do. Finally the 2nd day after they left I finished putting the doors on it. It comes already attached with a flexible drain hose and lines for hot and cold, like a clothes washer. They asked me as they left for lunch 2nd day if I could move the vanity. I thought well they have to move the lines, so whatever. Went to turn off and a pipe broke in the wall. I went down shutting off every shutoff I could find till the water stopped. Of course no one was here but me.
When they returned and saw the water, I told the a pipe broke in the wall. This is when I was informed that they contracted to put in shower/tub that's all. I just looked at the plumber. I was thinking I didn't want you to put it together just move the lines, you played with my tub/shower for 2 days, no plumbing done so
Far. I swear I blacked out, I was so upset. They left and told my husband and that they didn't shut off all the water, when I asked if they would turn the hot water to kitchen sink. I never got a copy of this contract! I know what i wanted done, i showed him the swiss madison toilet and carrier!!! Do NOT USE THESE plumbers. I am not rich, some of what I paid them were for other things for that room which I can not get now. If they were listening or asking my husband questions they were wrong. I paid them and I signed not, NOT him.. I am filing a complaint next with the BBB. Now I have to do work I know nothing about with a huge thing in the way. I will take it apart and move it, oh and it leaks where they said it was siliconed! Call anyone else! I am 64 and disabled, so this might take me quite awhile.

Guys were nice enough. Looked at where the leak was, had me flush the toilet, said it wasn't because of the flush. Then, instead of looking at the toilet first they automatically went for a new seal (knowing it probably wasn't the seal since there was no leak on the flush) and some tools which forced me to pay $109 just because they had to get some tools. Then with tools in hand they finally looked at the toilet and said all it was was the tank needing to be fastened a little tighter because they felt some water by a bolt. Used a flathead, tightened it, and then charged me $109. I wish they had looked the situation over first before getting tools (which tacks on the $109 just for getting tools out), and then told me what my options were before using a flat head to tighten a couple of loose bolts that I could have easily tightened myself.

Please try to help people instead of screwing them over with a $109 fee for something simple that could have verbally been said was the problem and then let the homeowner fix it. Be good guys and tell people so they don't get hosed out of that kind of money.

Had them come out to replace a diverter on a shower. They came on a Sunday and charged me $150 for a quote. The quote was for $815 to replace the entire diverter and remove a hot water tank that would be in the way. Additionally they claimed I had galvanized pipe running gas to my hot water tank. I took a plumber friend of mine to fix the problem. The pipe was up to code (black pipe that the previous owner slapped a little silver paint on) and the diverter did not need replaced (thus the hot water tank didn't need moved at all). I was able to swap out the cartridge... $40 part from Home Depot and 20 min worth of work. I called to see why they would try to upsell me and see if I could get any of the $150 back from the quote... no way. I think these guys tried to rip me off.

Can't say enough about how great the Reeves Plumbing team is. With a sewer backing up on a night when we were celebrating a birthday, I was panicked and knew we could not wait until the next day for service. Donny and a back up plumber finally located the sewer cap under carpeting and they did a great job cutting the carpet and cleaning out the sewer pipe. I had to turn on the playoff game for them! The least I could do. 5 stars for the work, the friendliness, the knowledge and competency and quick response.

Furnace went down on a Saturday. They were able to come rather quickly. The man did not wear a mask. He was friendly though and was able to fix the problem very quickly. Less than 15 minutes, half of which were spent on the phone. Labor charge for those 15 minutes was $375!!!!!!!!! Part was $30 on top of that. That is $1,500 an hour! Outrageous! I understand it was a Saturday, but Drs. and lawyers don't even charge rates like that.
